👍👍 An absolute heaven. Made my stay in Hanoi even better. Excellent equipment and the staff were super nice and helpful. The other gym members are great too. Stacked with Rogue equipment. Lots of squat racks and stands. Push sleds. Different types of bars, rings and bands. There's chalk and belts. He...

Okey'ish. I think for Vietnamese standards it's a premium gym. Just one real weightlifting platform but even that one is too narrow the barbel doesn't really fit (plus during lunch time you are not allowed to drop the weights, weird). There is some Rouge stuff but most is not. Not enough barbels plus the quality of the barbels is not that high. They charged the same as you would pay in Europe for a decent gym so I don't get why they don't invest in some proper equipment. Another example the boxing gloves are definetly fake Everlast and doesnt give good protection for boxing. Also its a bit weird that you have to pay extra for towels since you allready pay quite a lot to train. For the rest a nice gym. Helpfull friendly staff, good shower, clean.

Easily the best gym I’ve been too in the 5 years I’ve been lifting weights, if your into powerlifting they have ipf spec everything and Atlantis machines for people who aren’t also an amazing view, would come back any day !

By Western standards it's a very shoddy and unprofessional place. Fitness village is much much better and cheaper. If you are Vietnamese maybe it's quality you expect.

I practice at Luong Yen, the view on the 10th floor is very beautiful and airy, the staff is polite and friendly. I don't practice with a coach here, but the coaches are still very supportive.

Great gym for a great price. Equipped with Rogue plates, cages and Ohio Power Bars. Great for strength training and powerlifting.

Stopped by on a tour of Asia, looking for an improvement over what hotel 'gyms'. I could not have been more pleased - friendly staff and a decent collection of gear for power and oly lifting - bumpers, specialty bars, a sled run, even a few chains and bands.
