There is not much around here. Vicky is definitely helpful. Some staff definitely need more training. The parking staff both in front of the hotel and underground not kind. The hotel is new. So be it. Good hotel. Bad service. Hard to call it a 5 star hotel based on service.

My husband & loved our short stay here. Rooms fully equipped with everything you might need, including a fancy toilet with seat warmer & dryer options 🤣 Nice crib & blanket for young baby too. Would definitely recommend 👌

It has been the last leg of my journey in Vietnam and the stay was just amazing. The food curated for us as we all were vegetarian was just amazing. The high point for me as a florist was the amazing flower market near the place. Flowers are life and they are close to my heart. On all high levels of parameters the place is just great.

The residence was extreme nice and very nice service the staff was extreme friendly there is a lot of activities like golf simulators and a gym and a children’s playroom And a yoga center and lastly a jacuzzi and pool I highly recommend this residence

I stayed in executive studio room for 3 nights. Pro: 1) The room has all necessities as a home. 2) The staff was friendly and helpful. 3) They staff speak English well. 4) The lobby is well designed. Con: 1) I booked a double bed room. In fact, it was a combined of 2 single beds. This made my sleep uncomfortable. 2) The table lamp on the working table is not suitable for working on laptop. The lighting at the dining table is suitable for working. It is bright enough.

Booked a studio room and get upgraded to 2 rooms apartment. Overall the unit is comfortable come with water dispenser machine in house. Breakfast variety is good. Convenience shop right in front of apartment.

The apartment we stayed in was big, clean, well equipped and easily accommodated our family. The concierge was fantastic, and all staff were very helpful, going as far as to help us order food from local restaurants over the phone. Vicky Tra at the front desk was especially helpful. The breakfast buffet was small and lacked variety, but the restaurant was clean and the service was good.

Good place for the friends or families to gather and travel together, big living and kitchen area. Nice balcony with good views can see the West lake, 24 hours room services was great too!!

The room is very spacious and well equipped. Excellent for families. Located at the east bank of west lake, quite a numerous of high-end international restaurants in the area esp Japanese. Breakfast area is not big but the spread is reasonable. Only drawback is it is some distance from most tourist attractions hence requires a taxi to travel around.

Food was good and the chef prepared a vegan breakfast for us. I don't know why they made us sign a document stating that it won't be their responsibility if something happens to us on the balcony (we stayed on the 15th floor).

Super friendly reception staff, with excellent English. Good variety of food, Asian and Western, for breakfast.

Great service apartment, everything you need is provided in the apartment, very clean. Pool is clean and good size to swim laps. Staff is very friendly. Location is also quite good, near supermarket and a small shopping mall.

We had a great stay! The place was clean and spacious and breakfast was delicious, thanks to the staff and chefs! We swam, went to the gym, sauna and steam bath! Perfect service apartment!

Room was clean and spacious! Service by front desk and bell guy was good! Breakfast was good too but location is not so city centre.. Because we want it nearer to the airport. Nothing much nearby the hotel but there ate Starbucks & Pub right below the hotel. Recommended if you want it to be near to airport vaout 30minutes.

It's amazing place to stay for bussines trip when you in hanoi, the room is spacious, complete amenities, reception is very profesional and helpful, location is near to westlake. i stay there for bussines trip for 3 days 2 night, and service is very amazing. Equipment is new. I would very recommend you to stay on westlake hanoi for bussines trip when you stay in hanoi, 1 bedroom deluxe is also a very recommended room to stay in. The swimming pool is okay but just not realy safe for kids as nobody guard and watch there like in somerset grand hanoi. But if you adult and alone or a couple without kids then everything is perfect. The hotel is located on foreigner area tayho with many bar and restaurant, a little bit difficult to find local food, and quite far if you plan to go to hoan kiem lake or walking street, but is very near to westlake. The room itself comes with breakfast, as the breakfast is accomodate by ascott, but its realy good for starting your day, circle k is located right in front the hotel. The hotel and service is realy 5 star, good service, and helpfull staff. Its very recommended to stay in somerset westpoint for bussines trip in hanoi.

Excellent place to stay. Impressing already at the time of arrival with it's beautiful spacious lobby area and friendly and ready to help personal. Room has everything you may need. Fully equipped kitchen, even a heated water-closet lid in the bathroom. The room has enough space for two people for comfortable stay either for a couple of days or couple of weeks. And the lake view from the top floors. If you have it you will love it!

Our 4th stay at the Somerset West Point and likely going to be the only hotel we choose for trips to Hanoi. The 2br premier is extremely spacious, clean, and simple but modern decor. The location is perfect for exploring the west lake District, and an easy 15 minute taxi ride down to the Old quarter. The daily buffet breakfast is perfectly adequate with a decent range of food and attentive staff. The other facilities are also great for days when the weather kept us indoors - we spent some time in the golf simulator (only 80k for a session) and swam in the large pool on the 4th floor. Great and spacious gym as well.

The studio room was clean and spacious with all the amenities I needed, with reliable Internet and good sound protection from busy Xuan Dieu. Great value considering the fitness centre, swimming pool, sauna and steam room. I also found the shared living area really useful for work. The restaurant was a bit bland and expensive, but there is plenty near by and also star bucks and an Argentinian steak restaurant downstairs.

Brand new facility with great amenities. This serviced apartment is well-appointed with all of the modern amenities you need for your short or long term stay in Hanoi. The pool is beautiful and the gym is adequate. The breakfast is light and simple, but there are lots of other options on Xuan Dieu if you get bored with it.
