This park is permanently closed to visitors and apparently they don’t want let anybody in THAT much that they use nails to prevent people from getting in. What did you even build this park for?? It would be a great place otherwise.

It's been almost 4 or 5 years since the construction of this park seems to be done. However it is always closed to public. This is a kind of no public rule of law area. There's only rule of the urban area developer and its guards. Too bad for a capital city like Hanoi 👎

For some kind of reasons the park seem to be completed 4-5 years ago, but it never open for the public, they just close the park since it completed, no one can visit it but some people could cross the block way to get in the park, what kind of rule is it? It would be a nice park thought, too bad for a capital city of Vietnam…
