La Suite hotel got the job done, the rooms are simple, small, and clean! They left for us a lovely towel display with roses and their petals in honour of our honeymoon. The breakfast we really enjoyed, mainly because there were authentic Vietnamese dishes available, it was filling and flavoursome! Points for improvement: -the SHOWERS! They were fairly old, a bit confusing to use...the water wasn’t coming out hot neither was the pressure strong enough! ...and there was some funky sulphur smell coming out every time we used the water. I would like to give a higher rating, but showers I think are an essential part of a hotel stay!

Hotel was booked by our viet local travel agency and had 4 nights stay here. Hotel located at the good location with alot of eatery nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful. However the hotel and the furniture are old. The normal room are rather small but if you booked suites the space are just nice. There is a club next to the hotel hence it can be noisy at night and the sound proof is bad. On our last night, we saw many ants crawling on our bed and a small cockroach in the bathroom. Do not expect too much. There is room for improvement.

The room was big enough for 4. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Internet available. It's in the middle of Old Town Hanoi, which allows for walking around a fun area. Shops open pretty late and cafes/bars are nearby. A few of my complaints: The beds are very springy, their towels are small and not great quality. Also, I booked the room several months in advance at $70/night. The price dropped to $25/night the week of travel.

Reasonable little place, not too expensive. Breakfast is reasonable with bacon, sausages, noodles of different sorts and eggs made to order. Fresh fruit and toast with spreads in addition to tea coffee and cereals. Rooms are alright but old, the night life does go until late so be aware of street frontage on the deluxe rooms.

Great service! This hotel has service even better than some North American hotels! They have 2 men to help you life luggage and right when you walk in they immediately aid you! They are very courteous and even gave us water bottles when we needed to find a place to wait for a taxi.

We did the spa for 1 hour. I did a lot of massage all around the world (around 50 times) and this one is the worst massage I have ever had. It was 3 massage girls (it's not private rooms) and whole the 1 hour they talked with each other in their language, laughed, loudly... the toilet was dirty and it felt very very not professional. We talked with the reception and he had nothing to say. Really bad. Never go there!! There are more cheaper and much better places, in Hanoi.

Very courteous staff. They give you a brief about the place i.e old quarter area of Hanoi upon arrival. The massage center is good. Very good location if you want to explore the old quarter! They also exchange money and hence it's a one stop for all the requirements!

The staff are very helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily. The air conditioner works well. The breakfast is so so. Shopping amenities and decent restaurants are aplenty. You must try the local bbq sitting on low stools.
