I
am
very
grateful
to
the
medical
team
here.
My
family
has
relatives
who
have
been
treated
for
many
years
and
always
feel
secure
with
the
dedicated
medical
examination
and
treatment
of
the
hospital's
nurses
and
doctors.
However,
there
are
many
good
sides,
but
there
are
also
bad
sides
because
one
worm
can
make
soup
pot
oil.
Today,
I
took
the
afternoon
off
from
work
to
go
to
the
doctor.
After
the
examination,
the
doctor
ordered
an
ultrasound,
but
it
was
only
3:30
p.m.
and
the
ultrasound
room
was
full,
so
I
had
to
go
down
and
ask
the
doctor
for
an
Ultrasound
Support
voucher
to
get
an
ultrasound.
on
the
1st
floor.
I
need
to
pay
an
additional
100k
to
get
an
ultrasound
down
here
(this
is
ok
for
me,
no
problem
because
it
is
the
hospital's
regulations).
I
went
to
pay
at
the
counter,
there
were
2
counters
with
people
on
duty,
1
counter
was
busy
receiving
customers,
counter
number
5
was
empty
and
just
sat
talking
on
the
phone.
I
went
to
the
counter
and
said,
"Please
let
me
pay
for
Ultrasound
Support",
she
kept
talking
and
didn't
look
at
me.
I
thought
about
saying
again
louder,
"Sister,
please
let
me
pay
for
Ultrasound
Support."
"but
she
still
ignored
me,
didn't
signal
to
go
to
another
counter
or
answer
me
anything,
but
still
focused
on
chatting
over
the
phone
(I
stood
there
waiting
for
a
while,
it
seemed
like
the
content
of
the
call
was
personal)
After
that,
the
counter
next
to
me
finished
receiving
customers
so
I
went
there
to
close
it.
It
was
already
4:00
p.m.
so
I
was
quite
in
a
hurry.
And
to
add
that
from
the
beginning,
this
woman
knew
that
I
was
pregnant
and
had
digestive
problems
so
I
had
to
go
to
the
doctor.
I
rushed
from
the
office
without
cash
and
asked
her
to
transfer
money
but
she
said
"it
was
an
error"
(
Meaning
you
can't
transfer
money).
But
later
she
had
to
go
see
the
doctor
right
when
the
doctor
was
examining
me.
I
asked
the
doctor
if
there
was
any
other
way
to
pay
other
than
cash,
but
she
said
"with
QR
scanning."
"Okay"
(oh
so
why
just
say
it
was
a
mistake).
The
story
that
followed
is
what
I
just
told
above,
knowing
clearly
that
I
was
pregnant
and
needed
an
urgent
examination,
and
that
the
time
to
receive
patients
was
almost
over,
but
she
still
ignored
the
patient
who
needed
to
pay
additional
money
to
complete
the
remaining
orders.
from
the
doctor.
Is
a
person
who
works
with
patients
indifferent
and
negligent
before
the
end
of
the
hour
like
that,
worthy
of
sitting
in
that
position
to
support
the
doctors
and
nurses
who
are
dedicated
to
saving
patients!!!
