Good prices. Limited selections, but pretty much they had everything I needed. I took grab bike from old quarter about 30k. As a traveller, sometimes I wanted to relax when grocery shopping- didn’t want to work on negotiation part. So I chose to go where the products have price tags.

They don't treat customers as guests. They treat costumers like invaders disturbing their work. They use a electronic surveillance system but seal they bags of customers, like bandits. While I tried to choose some tomatoes I was chased by the cleaning lady. Everywhere in the floors are staff filling up the shelves. This should be done before customers are in the supermarket. The price checking machine is hided in a narrow corner and often off work. After your shopping they control your recipe and your bags and they love to put stamps on the recipe. On the stamp is written, thank I paid the purchases, but it is already printed on my receipe. So why do the do this double time? Don't they have enough work? Strange selling methods in a modern world.

Good place & so good price. It takes just 15 minutes from Hoan Kiem lake by taxi. I visited there by Grab Taxi(appx. 68,000vnd)

This is more of a neighborhood size store. Compared to others in Hanoi, the selection of items is limited. Difficult to navigate around, and their shopping carts are too small for the average western visitor ( banged my feet and chins on the bottom several times), but this is to be expected in this part of the world. A good quick stop, but certainly not for more serious shopping needs.

For moslem, this supermarket is quite helpful. They have a few halal items to choose, like chicken sausages and other frozen food.

I ordered some vegetables through their delivery service. I received many green potatoes that contain a poisonous neurotoxin called solanine. I have doubts about their quality management and wouldn't recommend buying fresh foods from them.

It's okay either you just go for daily shopping or buying gift. With at least 200k vnd they will deliver your good if you also nearby at least 10km. Delivery took 2-3 days. The reason i gave 3 stars is they didn't help us to put things inside the boxes so we need to do it ourselves.

Wide range of selection. The cost is fair. The only downside is the checkout. It's realy crowded

Great shopping center in Le Trong Tan area.

It's smaller than other BigC supermarkets, but still be the most convenience BigC because of its location.

Very cheap super market in hanoi. It located on under ground of department store. Fast food is also very cheap and comfortable seat. I bought many things here, tired to walj and find outside and negotiate. The mangoca toffee was very cheap and delicious. I found the price at Noi Bai Airport was very expensive. By the way, except big c, nothing there.

The music is awful. Today they played the rock song  I'm Still Loving You by RAINIIETA. Regardless of the business’s size, music plays a key role in customer-retention strategies. Music moves people, and this emotional connection encourages your customers to visit more often because of the feeling the music brings them! It is well documented that slow and calming music makes people spend more time browsing and subsequently spend more money. There is a famous study that found that a 34% increase in time spent in a supermarket when nice background music was played with a corresponding increase in sales. Playing rock music will surely decrease the sales.
