The service is very fast. The burger was nice and warm. The staff was helpful. The washrooms were clean.

Nice place, we ordered on the screen but 1) the worker forgot to bring our toy that comes with the happy meal, 2) also did not give us the ice cream that on-screen ordering system showed but apparently they didn’t have any more of. It takes a lot of explanation to a child, why it was there on screen for ordering but wasn’t after ordering.

Delicious burger. We do not have such woolen potato chips in the Czech Republic.

Dirty, small, and most all desserts not available. They had their entire upstairs play area closed off, so we were stuck sitting outside by several people smoking near the kids slide. Went to get vanilla ice cream, almost all their ice cream based desserts were not available. Just terrible.

I ordered two meals and a few extra burgers. I did not receive the meals. No refund, no response to my attempts to contact them. Terrible service. Would not recommend.

Very dirty. Things not working. No soap in the ladies room, babies changing room only cold water.

Very bad service. Almost 1 of 3 times they forgot to give me the mayo, once they even gave me the wrong order (just a burger, when I asked for a whole menu and paid for it) and then rolled their eyes asking me why did I gave the wrong order. But he asked me if the menu was with mayo or ketchup, so I asked him why did he asked for that if it was just a burger. And then he dismissed me, saying it's all there, but at the end I discovered, of course, that they forgot the mayo.

Super arrogant and unfriendly staff. Waiting time is huge. For managers: you need to explain your workers what is customer obsession.

I ordered a Veggie Burger yesterday morning and I was vomiting for the rest of the day. I do not recommend it and I’ll never eat it again.
