Beyond delish! No other words. The cake I had was super huge. Bear in mind, you have to be super hungry. The service is pleasant also. The only drawback is a variety of choice. How can you decide on the cake you want to try first?! Definitely worth visiting. Coming back if I am in Haapsalu one more time.

Very good food. Ordered a schnitzel and enjoyed it a lot. Not sure how it came out this way, quite different to what I used to expect compared to other places. The meat inside was tender and juicy and breading was crispy and dried. It was perfectly balanced this way as they contrasted each other, I guess this is how I would define a perfect schnitzel. Include cranberry sauce fit the taste of the meat very well. I think potatoes on a side just didn't fit here at all, and basically ruined the dish for me. Still, overall it was very good. Service was good and place was clean as well.

Been in Dietrich twice. Very popular place and I can see why, good food and good mood. Delicious cakes, tea and coffee! Worth a visit!

Had the fish of the day which was fried herring, which is as Estonian as it gets. Well seasoned and crispy, and the sauce and potatoes that accompanied the herrings were good too. Very friendly service as well.

One of the most popular restaurants in Haapsalu, not by chance. Elegant, well prepared dishes, incredibly delicious cakes. It's great that they think of the kids, there are lots of children's toys and books, and the children's menu is quite good.

The food is outstanding and the location exceptional. I love the view! If you are into seafood, they have a garlic aioli shrimps for started that you cannot miss out! Also, their cakes are the best cakes I have ever tried in this country!

Very cute cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. Toys for children and babies, high chairs, and a great changing table! The service was very friendly and helpful and the food was beautiful and delicious! Couldn't recommend enough!

We had risotto, and duck. And there was this gloggi, I mean it was the best gloggi we have had in whole Estonia with nuts and raisins.

Great food ! We did a takeaway which was quick. We tried the fish of the day which was fried flounder with potatoes and it was delicious!! Perfectly crispy and seasoned well. The mango raspberry cake was also exceptional! Highly recommended.

Excellent food and cozy place to eat. Both of our dishes were superb. Stop here if you get a chance or make time.

Definitely loved the cakes but make sure you are hungry enough to eat the whole cake. The coffee was not actually my cup of tea, I would appreacite filtered coffee though.

Saw a recommendation on tiktok and decided to visit. 10/10 Tasty lunch menu: we had schnitzel and baltic herring. Very tasty desserts menu. Variety of choice with cocktails and mocktails. Dog friendly - shared water in a bowl and piece of rabbit ear with us ❤️ Definitely on my maps forever

Lively and crowded, Dietrich certainly qualifies as the bustling family favorite in Haapsalu. The risotto is fantastic and the flounder is really good. The assortment of meats certainly looks pretty but left us puzzling over why it mostly comprises cheese, fruit and veg.

Beautiful location with exemplary service. The banana-caramel cake is the best.

Our second time around. First one was several years ago before going to LP concert, second - this winter just for a coffee and cake. Spectacular quality stability. And the pistachio and white chocolate cakes are delicious each and every time - definite must-haves.

Fantastic little place in the center of Haapsalu. The cakes and ice coffee are to die for (especially the blueberry cheesecake ❤️) highly recommend it on a sunny Sunday afternoon! ☀️

The place was highly recommended and it lived up its reputation. We only had a quick lunch but the food and service were outstanding. My only negative comment is about the Italian mineral water ... when there are many excellent mineral water options in Estonia 🇪🇪 ... it is absurd to offer mineral from the other side of the planet so to speak.
