    This is the best place to practise Ashtanga in Munich. Asta is an incredible teacher: knowledgeable, professional and always gives a warm welcome. I can only recommend the shala!

    Asta is a great teacher, her hands-on assists and demonstrations are just amazing. I enjoy every single class here. Quiet happy I made it to start Ashtanga yoga here. Highly recommended!

    Beautiful Yoga Shala, ready to welcome you and your practice wherever you are. Asta is a teacher who pours her whole heart into teaching and is incredibly dedicated to share the Ashtanga Yoga Method to anyone willing to learn. Can only recommend!!
