Wuent to have dinner with my friend. Food was just ok, but the atmosphere and whole experience were destroyed by such a poor degenerated service provided by our waitress. One who doesn't have any idea of good customer service. She was disrecpectful and tried to embarrassed me in front of my date, demanding me to close the Menu if I wanted her service. On top of that She was very rude, she went ahead and closed the Menu her self almost by slapping me on the face with it. When I asked another server to call the manager, not surprisingly he indicated that there was no manager there and that I could just talk to him, I naturally went ahead and refused it. I ended up leaving with a bitter experience. Left no tip, never come back and will make sure everyone knows that they suck as restaurant!

Always an excellent dining experience. I’ve brought friends over for a nice dinner at Pastello, taken out excellent Neapolitan pizza, chill afternoon sipping on wine. The food is always excellent, from a “simple” Arabbiatta to their weekly menus with interesting toppings on Pizza.

Excellent Italian food made by real Italians with Italian ingredients. A pleasant surprise in the outskirts of Munich and walking distance from our hotel. We actually went back for a 2nd time (in 4 days) and were even more impressed. We’ve tried the pizza, spaghetti bolognese, pasta carbonara, spaghetti with scampi and beer + wine and all were excellent. The only thing I would recommend is the house mixed salad. Service is good and the ambiance is warm.

Been there on 12th August 2023 with my wife. The food was so so and I will give 3 out of 5 the reason is we ordered Pizza Fungi and Pizza Regina. The side (diameter) crust was very very hard which should have been softer ideally. Considering the ambiance also will not give 5 star because there are few areas of improvement ( there were too many flies) Overall it was so so experience and worth the visit. The food quantity was good though as the pizza was large with appropriate toppings.

I guess they were short staffed, but it took us having to find the manager ( who was also running food and seating folks) to take our drink and food orders. The food was delicious. Service left a bad taste...

Wondeful restaurant, delicious food, great wine selection and very nice personnel! We had pizza one evening, which was amazing and made us go there the next evening. Then on the 2nd evening we had pasta, filetto di manzo and saltimbocca alla romana, which were also excellent! It is not a big place, they have a few tables inside and also a few outside, but the setting is very cosy and warm. They are doing a great job, they are fast and very attentive. We loved it! Looking forward to visiting it again!

Awesome restaurant with top notch service. Everyone who dines here is treated like family! Great food and a good variety of dishes.

Excellent experience. One of the best italian restaurants I have been. We ate Napoli and Arrabiata pastas and a Buffalo pizza. As the portions were quite big we shared the pastas and they even brought them in separate bowls for each person. Also, the owner was friendly and cracked some good jokes.
