    I just received my skis. They are scratched (tho new, probably at mounting) and the bindings are poorly mounted. The prices are the only thing keeping them alive. If you really need to buy from them, I recommend mounting them at a local service. For an extra buck, you save yourself the trouble... Edit: Upon mailing them pictures with the scratches and the poor mounting of the bindings, they gave me a 50 Euro refund (which I'll use to service the NEW skies that they scratched), so I would not say they are the worst. Tho, if you need a spot on service, with no problems, I don't recommend them. For the SC Team: You guys did not acknowledge the poor mounting of the bindings. I don't have the time to keep on emailing you just to try and make my point. Also, I don't have time to ship the products back and forth, that takes time and money (and you don't even support return shipping costs) it will cost me even more. I am done with this, and the 1 star review stays.

    Top shop with the best ski equipment on the market at unbeatable prices. Professional and friendly dealings. Incredibly fast delivery even to the Czech Republic. Be happy in Germany that you have such a shop for skiing lovers. Exclusive.

    Great offers now at the end of the season and a wide range of products. Following the advice of a nice salesman, I bought a new pair of skis, suitable for my level of skiing. Recommended for sportswear lovers.

    Unfortunately, after being a happy online customer for years, I visited store in Weilenbach. Only half of my VAT was returned via their partner Global Blue (this well-known scam, with whom Sport Conrad claims to have only good experience). Custom adjusted boots I had to bring to another bootfitter for further adjustment. VAT issue goes to legal, and for me, this is it with this store, never ever again. Customer service will not help except forwarding correspondence to their specific store.

    It is just the best place to buy real high-quality sports equipment like skis, climbing gear, hiking shoes, sports clothing, etc. in the entire Munich area. Good prices for the quality, but above all sellers who live their sports, know it all and are eager to help. It has been my favorite place for sports equipment for over 25 years. I even come extra from Norway, where I live now to get all my high-end stuff here.

    Great deals, very rude customer service! My story begun 2 years ago (Jan 2022) and is not over yet…. I have bought a pair of skies (first attempt for paying did not go through on the website) that after 5 times usage started delaminating, so I asked sport Conrad to substitute them. They were substituted last year (March 2023) as they they requested me to send a proof o destruction of the defective skies so that they could send the new ones. So I did by drilling a hole in the ski and sending the picture as proof of destruction. The new skies were sent and the shipment did not arrive, so it was sent a second time. By the time the skies arrived I was not anymore in that place (I live abroad) so the first time I could open the new box was 3 days ago (Dec 2023)…. To find out that the new skies were the new model and they are different (they have a smaller radius)!!!! I WAS NEVER INFORMED I WOULD GET A DIFFERENT PAIR OF SKIES and when I asked for explanation I got the reply that it was too late and I should have informed about this when I got the shipment! I replied again that this is not the answer and support I would expect, and this is it… no more answers, and I am stuck with a pair of delaminated skies with a hole and a new pair of skies that is not what I bought in the first place! Thank you very much!

    The officials in customer service are very rude and have an unprofessional way of communication. Good thing I didn't make any purchases, there are too many similar comments anyway, it's a hit!

    SWISS SHOPPERS: Do not buy in store if you're trying to get the tax refund. It's much easier to order on their website and have the taxes automatically removed. Unfortunately, a store worker told me that I could get my taxes back at the front counter but that was not true. I have to go to a Global Blue office within five days of the purchase and they only give back two thirds of the refund (200€ instead of 300€ in my case). It can be a huge hassle with their limited opening hours. That said, the ski specialists were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My partner found a great touring set and I got a Nordic set.

    I used to buy loads from them in the past. Few of our skis/skins/boots were from them. But now, I am so disapointed with their customer services.... in fact the responses I was getting on the feedback that I provided were quite rude. When I needed to send back my order, instructions stated that I needed to include the invoice in the packagine. 1. There was no invoice/packaging slip included. 2. You cannot print the invoice on the website, I had to do a screen shot and run around town trying to find a printer. When I shared this as a feedback with them (no intentions expect to help them to be better in the future), I said: "There was no invoice in the box or a label, I had to run around to find the printer to print a screenshot of the order from your website, since there is no way to get access to real invoice on there." "I hope you will take this feedback into consideration and improve your operational processes and user experience of the customer account." This is their response I got: "The fact that Sport Conrad has a poor digital presence is unfortunately new to us and is, in our opinion, not the truth." So obviously their opinion is above anything that their customers experience or think. Plenty of other rude responces on my other comments. Looks like it is not in their vocabilary to say "Thank you, our valued customer, for your feedback, we will take it into consideration". They either ignore your emails, or get a short snappy emails back telling you that you (as a customer) wrong to be dissatisfied with them, because they have 101 reasons why their customer service is as it is (including blaiming covid and war in Ukraine.....).

    My first choice Sport Shop! Competent, with a big range of products in all sports areas and specialized in what I love doing most: skiing and mountaineering. Good on you guys and special thanks to Georg Sam and Sebastian who found me the right skins for my old pair of Dynastar Manaslu Ski and cut them individually to size straight away for me, so I can catch my flight tomorrow:) Always a great customer experience to shop with you:)
