The treatment took less than 30 minutes, and afterwards she answered all my questions about my problem and explained what would be the next steps. Mein Termin musste erst gesucht werden, meine Krankenkassenkarte wurde nicht erfasst und das Formular für Neupatienten (wie man es aus anderen Praxen kennt) wurde mir nicht ausgehändigt. Ich wurde ins Wartezimmer gebeten wo ich dann eine halbe Stunde gewartet habe. In der Zwischenzeit kamen andere Patienten die sofort und vor mir ihren Termin wahrnehmen konnten. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass an diesem Tag vormittags gar keine Zahnreinigungen durchgeführt werden. Ich hab damit eine halbe Stunde am Vormittag meine Zeit verschwendet und wenn ich nicht nachgefragt hätte vermutlich noch mehr. Mir wurde ein Ersatztermin unter der Woche am Nachmittag angeboten, diesen habe ich aber abgelehnt, da ich um diese Uhrzeit arbeiten muss. Die Leistung kann ich nicht bewerten, aber die Organisation ist für mich nicht empfehlenswert.

Ich hatte eine ausgezeichnete Erfahrung bei meinem Zahnarztbesuch. Frau Dr. Fishkin und das gesamte Team zeichnen sich durch ihre professionelle und fürsorgliche Betreuung aus. Die Praxis ist modern und gut ausgestattet, was mir ein zusätzliches Gefühl von Vertrauen vermittelt hat.
