Where
do
I
begin
to
explain
how
bad
the
service
was!
Below
is
a
quick
list
of
the
major
problems
we
faced
in
a
90
minute
visit:
-
Drinks
came
way
later
than
food
-
half
of
our
order
was
delivered
and
then
we
had
to
wait
54
MINUTES
for
the
other
half
to
arrive
-
when
it
came,
the
other
half
of
our
order
was
wrong,
we
later
discovered
it
was
a
random
order
brought
to
our
table
because
we
had
asked
to
speak
to
the
manager
-
all
waiters
and
the
manager
insisted
that
"nothing
is
wrong
with
your
order,
we
are
just
very
busy
today"
trying
to
convince
us
that
waiting
54
minutes
in
between
plates
is
normal
while
only
half
of
the
tables
were
busy
that
day
-
no
sincere
apology,
avoidance,
unprofessionalism
from
waiters
as
well
as
from
the
manager
-
Because
we
refused
the
second
half
of
our
order
after
54
mins,
they
had
to
deduct
from
our
bill.
They
said
they
did
but
the
bill
we
received
included
everything.
-
After
fixing
the
bill,
we
realized
they
had
only
deducted
two
maki
orders
instead
of
4.
When
we
explained
this
to
the
waiter,
he
kept
asking
us
"are
you
sure?
are
you
really
sure?"
-
We
had
to
show
them
pictures
of
the
food
that
came
to
our
table
to
prove
that
we
are
"really
sure"
In
my
opinion,
this
place
has
too
much
competition
to
afford
such
unprofessionalism,
I
have
never
seen
a
situation
being
handled
so
poorly.
Without
exaggerating,
this
was
by
far
the
worst
restaurant
experience
i
have
ever
had!
