Very awful experience dining here this time. First, the taste of dishes is not stable, last week we got here and the dishes were great, just one week those are totally different. Second, the leek dumplings are not fresh, it tasted like leftovers. Third, they didn’t cook gailan well, the root is undercooked, they should peel it and make it cooked evenly. Fourth, the persevered eggs were not fresh, IDK why it got this color, and tasted oddly. Fifth, they are short of staff and miss ordering the food we picked twice, cause the experience is dreadful! Hopefully it’ll get better soon!

The dim sums were okay, but nothing special. The salted egg chicken knee joints were excellent; Shumeis could use some improvement as they lack the proper textures that you find in Hong Kong; radish cake was a “meh”; porridge was also another “meh”; the fried shrimp balls were dry and hard to chew (a hard pass on them). All in all it’s okay to eat here occasionally, but there are definitely better dim sum places in this area. Update: so we’ve returned to this place again with some friends. The server delivered three dishes as soon as we’d ordered, so to no one’s surprise, these three dishes were cold and not crispy as they were supposed to be. So those three dishes got an “F” and we hardly ate from those three dishes. The other dishes were much better and were cooked more recently. So they got a “C”. The lobster noodle was okay, so that dish got a “D”.

New owners. Used to be Pleasure Ocean. We went around 2pm. Dim sum was of similar quality except for the chicken feet which came out looking drier and smaller. The menu is different of course and is now missing pictures which I used to rely upon to order. Be careful when ordering live seafood. The menu doesn't mention the price. We ordered whole steamed fish (how much could it be right)? Turned out when the bill came, the fish cost $220 at $80 per pound. A lesson learned. I'll be sure to ask next time.

Dim sum spot where you order ahead via paper menu. Came here on a Sunday around 11am and waited approximately 25 minutes for a table of 3. You’re given a piece of paper with your number on it and then you give it to the hostess once it’s called. After you’re seated, you can select the tea you’d like (they had chrysanthemum which was nice given that I usually only see jasmine) and then you fill out the menu with however many items you’d like to order. 12 dishes is what we usually get for 3 people and we usually end up with some leftovers. The portions of the dough for the buns and minced pork puff pastry were large, but could have used more filling. The lotus wrapped sticky rice came in two pieces and that was also quite filling. I would recommend the siu mai and the baked pork buns. Credit cards accepted. Free parking available in the lot. Restrooms available in the back. Indoor dining only. There’s a waiting area outside with plenty of benches. Good for big groups.

Thought the Kung Pao chicken was superb! Honestly, one of my favorite presentations of this dish. Servers were helpful and the place is nice. Lots of people. This place is NOT a 3.1 place. That's harsh. Definitely top rated for me.

This is our local dim sum restaurant and we're probably here once a month. For dim sum you order on a paper menu and they cook the food to order. The dim sum is good depending on what you order. The items shown in the photos are some of our favorites and the better ones. Service is typical for a Chinese restaurant and very average. Large dining room with lots of private rooms.

My first time, hidden gem found by my brother n sister in law, food was delish, service was pretty good, price was excellent, def will go back!

Dim sum is low quality even on LA standard.
