I never ever write reviews but Horrible service today I have been there and always had good experience , they have some young ppl working there that is very apparent dont know what they are doing and wow, I ordered a ranchero bagel aside that it took forever to get it (note: no other ppl waiting just me) and they gave it to me soggy, paper stuck to the bread and bag fell apart of how soggy it was. These kids need better training if your going to leave them on their own. I threw it away I was not going to eat paper!

The ladies here are so sweet when I take my little girl in. So patient while she picks out a donut and their always fresh donuts. We love the fun seasonal sprinkles and they have great coffee too.

Literally a block from work, so it's perfect for picking up some donuts on my way to work. The staff are always friendly and the donuts are always fresh and tasty. I've never had one that tasted like old oil, so you know they change it out often. The only downside is they get really busy in the morning, so allow for a few extra minutes.

This is a message to the owner of this establishment, everything here is good and delicious, the ladies that work here are very nice and polite the only bad thing is that they need another employee helping customers especially in the food prep section in the early hours of the day, I'm talking before 5 am it's not fair having just one person doing all the work at one time, that's is called labor exploitation.

Not like the Winchell's of other times. This one is more like a small restaurant. The foxua has shifted from excelling in Donuts to adjusting to local needs. I understand yoi have to adjust, but the quality of the donuts has suffered. I purchased 2 dozen plus 2 donuts for almost $40. Too much for not enough quality. Family friendly, parking, easy access, no bathrooms.

Update: I was here six months ago and that review is below. Update as of 12/2/21: The place seems to be under new management. I never wait anymore. Someone is always there ready to serve. The ladies are super nice and give you info on the donuts. The donuts are FRESH and SOFT. I am not lying! Plus, they have some "Mexican bread" as well (super good). I could not ask for better management. I have been back over and over and the service continues to be great and the donuts even better 👍👍❤ This place gets worse and worse. Not only do I stand there for 5 min with no one in the store, the donuts taste old. It used to be better

Food and beverages are always good. One particular worker who works afternoons doesn’t like making sandwiches and gives long wait times to avoid making them. I used to work at winchells so I know this isn’t the case and it’s happened on more than one occasion (not busy either) very disappointed.

Don't come to this location! I love winchells, but I won't come to this one again. The employees are like chickens with their heads cut off, not knowing what to do when they get busy. They just take orders and no one makes the food until they are so backed up. Then people start complaining they are taking too long. At one point, they were just all standing in from the coffee machine talking about a customer, which I found so rude. Just because they speak in Spanish doesn't mean the customer doesn't understand because I did! Aside from the bad service, they took 1 HOUR to get to our food. One of our sandwiches was incorrectly made, but we didn't even bother to say anything because who knows long it would have taken them to make a new one. Also, by the time they started making our food, they sold out of one burrito we ordered. SO we had to get something else. Got a chorizo burrito as a replacement but was sooo greasy! And the cherry is on top! Their soda fountain machine was not working. We couldn't even get ice water 🙄

I always make sure I visit a Winchell's or Yum yum when 8 visit California!!! The best donon7ts nationwide, hands down!!!

So delicius, so fresh very good service 👌 & different can of flavor 😋 not forget the fresh coffee 😋
