There is very little service. The counters are alway empty and even though you see workers at the drive thru windows (which is less than 5 feet away) as well as in the back, they somehow manage to ignore your existence. There was a time someone in the back kitchen was shouting out to customer to use the kiosk to order. This chain location is obviously not well manage.

Came to grab breakfast on the curbside. Waited for the time, it says on the app which is 5 minutes. Waited for another 15 minutes and no one came out. Decided to go into the store to pick it up. The items on my receipt were missing and the milk I got for my kid is past due. The milk was good until August 31 2021.

This is by far the worst run McDonald's I've ever visited. There must have been 6 people working in the back, but no one was working the counter. There was a line of people waiting to order, yet no one on staff paid them the slightest attention. I was first in line and waited 10 minutes (no exaggeration) before someone came up and took my order. My advice: skip this McDonald's. There's got to be a better one within easy driving distance.

Came on a Wednesday night to get a quick snack but ended up being anything but quick. This McDonald's is short staffed. We waited to order at the counter but after a few minutes of being ignored by the employees we used the mobile ordering machine. While waiting for our order, there were 2 other customers that came in and waited over 5 mins to order at the counter. Our order of a soft serve cone and french fries took 15 mins. Also seems liked McDonald's has downsized the soft serve ice cream as well. If you had a choice, I'd avoid McDonald's and go to In n Out.

No line in drive thru and although we were asked to wait it was for fresh cooked french fries. We didn't have to wait long at all. Tasted good as always.

Hit or miss at this place, as I’ve been coming to this location for years because I live down the street. Two complaints. 1. It’s not open 24 hrs… 2. Sometimes you wait too long your food… everything else is fine

They've been short staff for SO long, it's finally getting better. ❓ Why don't they hire seniors to fill in? I'd ask one of the young ladies in drive thru if managers would consider hiring a senior person. Her answer " not sure, but I don't think so".

Service finally a bit better BUT there's a Hispanic lady in charge most days and she's rude and careless. The younger people seem embarrassed by her mean/rude demeanor in front of me. Again, as most Mc Donald's they try to give out old old very old coffee, anything to avoid working a little harder. I'm usually told I HAVE TO" wait if I want fresh coffee, I'm sent to the side then they'll forget to take coffee to you. I'm saying they forget to be nice.

Short staffed which isn’t really their fault but at least make an attempt to serve your in store customers. I don’t like to complain because I understand the situation but just stay in the drive thru do not go inside.

Walked in on a hot day and it was hotter inside then outside like a sauna. Most of the tables where dirty and had trash on them I had to clean off my own table.service was slow waited about 10 minutes for someone to take my order.

Ignored when I walked in, so I used the kiosk. At the kiosk, I could not add tomato to my sandwich so I chose to pay at counter. The kiosk did not print out the receipt for the cashier. I went to the counter and still no one acknowledged me, even though they had taken and fulfilled an order from people that entered after me. Finally got someone's attention. They added tomato to my order but when I got my sandwich it was the nasty unedible end pieces of the tomato with the stem. Had to have them replace them. I never did get a receipt.

This is actually my favorite McDonald’s that I go to. I don’t eat McDonald’s all the time but when I do, I will literally drive the extra couple of miles just to go to this one. The food is always good and the service is always good. What more can you ask for from McDonald’s really.

This place is amazing with the best staff and best food freshly cooked around, out of all the McDonald's in the area this is the best one around.

Just when I "thought" they got it right. They were very confident when they gave me my order, so the service was great although misleading. Fries were cold and extra mac sauce on the burger, well, not so much! I'm pretty sure the big Mac has SOMETHING between the top and middle buns! Lol

This McDonald's is the closest built to the street of Hacienda Blvd. where many cars can drive in and out. When I come and order here, they call out the order numbers and it doesn't take too long for the customers order to be delivered as dine in and they make sure that the food order is always right and they can fix the mistake if it regards to the cash, receipt and the wrong food items that needs to be redone.

Lady working drive-thru on 3/18/2023 at 11pm gave us horrible customer service. She was rude to us just because we did not know we had to re-order our pick up order before picking it up through drive-thru. She refused to give us her name saying we were just going to "complain" about "her doing her job" when in reality the complaint is about her horrible customer service. She also did not do her job correctly as she claimed because we were missing items in our order and had incorrect customizations on other items.

I love the new cook, I have been going here now because they get my egg McMuffin perfectly made everytime!

They are always very Courteous, helpful, doesn't matter whether it is one item or a doze;n, they always have what I ordered put together accurately and in a timely manner. Everyone there works hard for their customers it says they are open 24 hours but truly they are not, opening daily at 5a.m. and closing by 11p.m. verified it myself at 4 a.m. this morning on March 8th, 2023

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. Cashier who sits down in drive through is rude af. They had me pull up to a spot and served everyone else- I ordered 2 items. 18min and counting wait. Then I pull through the drive through again and they have to remake the order. Gtfoh. Come on this is the worst.

The apple pies were cold. They had heavy attitude- especially a woman working..

This is for the location in Hacienda Heights, corner of Colima and Hacienda... I placed my app order, clicked that I was there. Little did I know it was going to take over 20 minutes to get a big Mac and fries. The drive thru had around 6 cars so I chose to wait inside. My number was on the screen but it took over 20 minutes to get my order. The girl was doing what she could, and gave good service but I think the place is just understaffed. The restroom was terrible, the urinal was backed up! Don't they have maintenance to come repair these things? Also it was pretty messy in there, had to get out quick and vow to never revisit this location! The food was good but this wasn't at all worth it... try a different location!!!

Before I come here I look to see if the parking lot is busy. They do not make the same food when the place is packed. Whenit is not it is the best McDonald's Brunch.

It was very nice. All the workers were super nice.. Enjoyed myself and enjoyed the food.

I had to wait at a parking spot for 2 simple sandwiches while people behind me got their large order filled while in line. I don't understand that logic. I am beginning to like In N out better and better.
