My friends and I came to this dennys tonight and the restaurant was close. I am very abset this, happend to us now the 2nd time. We like to come here we spend our gas and is not cheap to make this trip and have to go to another place. This is not acceptable with gas prices the way they are.

Food were delicious! My hot chocolate was also delicious, though, I wish they didn't put too much powered sugar on my French toast. My eggs, Hasbrouck, sausages, and bacon were also great! Overall, I'll give 5/5! Will come again.

Excellent service. Everyone seemed to be new. Julian, our server, was extra attentive. Just came in for snacks; we ended up with pancakes, apple crisp, strawberry shake, and hash browns. Everything was delicious!

Today I visited your place and we had to wait a long time because there was only one person and not just that I believe it wasn’t a good decision for the manager to leave the new guy alone without any help from someone who's done this before. Not just that he was doing a good job and tryed to get to everyone one waiting but there where to many people that made people leave because of it. Please get more people to help out at night

I don't think I will be back to this Denny's again. The service was ok, but the good was terrible. The pancakes were sour... A sign of spoiled batter... And the bacon was way over over cooked.

I was leery of going, but the food was good. Freshly prepared, quick, and correct! Despite us being a large party they were super quick.

I know of PTO moms and staff that love coming here for breakfasts, but I can't deny that it takes a while to get the food or have an order taken. When kids are present, they are handed the kids menu, but then they don't even hand crayons to them, and if they do, it is 1 or 2. We waited an hour to be seated, and that was after a family had left from waiting. 15 minutes later, they barely ask us for our drink orders. They did not have milkshakes or smoothies available, or sausages. The waitress completely ignored the younger members of the group, even when they started talking, interrupting and asking other members of the party their order. Then comes when we were served. They got my order wrong twice. Not only that, but they only handed a couple of straws, especially for the big party we had. What I found the worst was the customer service, the long wait, and the fact that the orders were still butchered.

The service is slow but that is not the fault of the servers. It seems that they are understaffed. But the servers are nice and the food come always comes out piping hot. They have salsa and hot sauce available.

I live in Temecula Valley area. Once a month I take my daughter to UCLA for chemotherapy. On the way back, we stop by to grab a bite. Unfortunately, today we stopped at Denny's on South 7th Ave, in Hacienda Height. Someone greeted us right away and took order for drinks. I ordered coffee. While waiting for drinks, I unwrapped utensils. I noticed they were not cleaned. When server came with coffee I asked for clean utensils. She brought back a different set but this also not look cleaned. I ordered country fried steak with hash brown, scrambled egg white, and pancakes. When the server brought the food, I noticed that egg white was over cooked. I pointed that out to the server. She looked baffled. Then she said she has a hearing problem. I said, you can see it. These looked right to you. She asked my daughter what I am saying. At this pointed I told her it's ok. When I took the first bite of steak, it tasted funny. I was burned. Hash brown were also over cooked. Then I asked the another server who was seating new customers, if I can speak to the manager. She said manager is in back doing inventory. I insist on talking so she said she will go get him/ her. While I was waiting for the manager, my server came and start to apologizing because she can not hear. She took my food and said, she will remake it. I told her I don't want the food. I returned the food. Meanwhile, the server who went to get the manager, said manager is busy and she can take care of the problem. Then I realized, manager is the problem! Any way we paid our bill and get the hell out of there. This was the worst dining experience I had. And this the worst Denny's I have visited. I gave one star because it would not let me post it. Attempted to sit for dinner with one waitress taking an order from a party of 16. We attempted to seat ourselves to take the responsibility figuring she could get to us at her soonest but the extremely rude and nasty 🤮 waitress through a fit. The same waitress carried a conversation with the cook once before until we walked out. I got better service hee at Bob’s burgers on Valley Blvd.

This location of Denny's have something new that other franchises does not have, a own kiosk in each table, so you can order from your table and even pay through your SP, I tried and worked very good. My pancakes and my coffee was very good, five stars because the girl (María) do a very professional job.

The waitress was extremely nice. I'm sorry I forgot her name but she was there on September 11th at like 1 AM. Only weird thing is that I'm pretty sure someone died outside that was kind of crazy. The panookie was amazing tho.

The worst Denny's experience I've ever had. The hostess and waitress we had were not happy or good customer service and I hate to say anything bad about anyone in the service industry as I used to work at Denny's ( not this location). Our server not only rolled her eyes like she was annoyed to get us anything she asked my mom if she wanted a refill on coffee and my mom said she was good but the waitress never asked my brother so I asked my brother if he wanted more coffee and he said yes but then she just walked away. She NEVER asked me if I wanted a refill on my drink. We also were waiting 20 minutes for them to bring us the bill so we could go. I HATE not leaving a tip but this waitress was just that bad or having such a bad day she let it out on her customers. I also wanted to mention that I got a dish with chorizo in it and the chorizo was definitely undercooked. I hope you all have a better experience than we did and I hope the service there improves.

Went with family for moms birthday! Our waitress was full of personality! The place was so muggy inside the waiter and waitresses we apologetic! I have never gone to a Dennys and it be that hot ! The waitress went out of her way to make us comfortable. I walked over to the ac thermostat! The ac was off the ladies had no idea how to turn it on! I turned it on and I’m seconds it was cold just like every Dennys is! Great service Great waitress

Great food, anytime. Friendly staff. Just go here if you're drunk, hungover, up late, work night shift or you like to have burgers for breakfast.

Did a take out order on Saturday night @ 2am. They were closing early even though it says open 24 hours Thur-Sun. Got home and it wasn't what I ordered. Ordered steak, eggs easy, hashbrowns and toast. Got pork chop, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns and NO TOAST! Tried to call to complain but no one answers the phone.
