I ordered the weakest coffee for my wife and I and still find it a bit too strong. The staff is very pleasant. The outside seating in the morning with the cool breeze was very nice. Later I asked a nice person in charge what I should of ordered and she said “Falcon head” is their lightest roast.

Adorable! I’m always happy to support mom and pop shops and this is a true family operation (according to their signs). Very “local” vibes and nice CoVid seating arrangements- inside is for conversation, outside is for working (laptop use), I personally appreciate the partitioning of space in this manner. I got a pumpkin spice latte and a hazelnut latte (with homemade syrup ❣️). Excellent, quality espresso beans in use with lower acidity and an overall lighter but robust and smooth flavor.

This coffee shop is spectacular. Coffee is well priced. In all my visits I've been consistently impressed with how well trained each barista is at creating quality beverages. The coffee is spectacular. The space is quaint, the employees are knowledgeable and very nice. Do yourself a favor and stop here if you're in the area. Overall, wonderful atmosphere for studying, reading, or enjoying brunch with friends. Wish I had found this place sooner!!

Wonderful coffee shop! The baristas are very friendly and the environment is cozy. Good food and drink selection. They have minimal seating and you may have to wait for a seat.

The barista is always super friendly and ready to help out or answer any questions you have. He even helped us figure out what we wanted to order and we both loved what we ended up with.

Recently discovered this coffee shop. Better than the other one in the neighbourhood I used to go. Better coffee, more space and light, friendly staff. I usually drink flat white but I go with espresso and cortado here. I wouldn’t say this is the best COFFEE spot but it certainly is a good place if you want to get some work done enjoying cuppa coffee and pastry.

Cozy coffee shop a block from the downtown area with great coffee and a delicious selection of pastries and snacks. There's ample indoor seating space to spend some time here and additional outdoor seating when weather permits.

Sometimes we stop after school...muffins and Italian sodas, and the coffee is great. We love it here...cozy sitting by the fire. Beats Starbucks by a mile! Local shops are the best❤

Cute shop that’s a cross between a gourmet grocery and coffee shop. On the grocery side there’s a large selection of canned beverages and ready to go items in a refrigerated case. The coffee shop has fresh pastries if you get there before they’re sold out. And it uses locally roasted coffee for its espresso. The young staff was very eager to close exactly at the time posted on the door.

The vibe of this place is nice. The cold brew coffee is not very smooth. I got the cold brew mocha and it was a bit acidic. Overall it would give it a 3.5 on the coffee but the vibe was worth visiting. They have some nice outside seating as well.

Excellent coffee. Our barista was very nice and patient as she explained the different drinks to us. I had a nutcracker latte and my companion had the miel latte. Neither were too sweet and the steamed milk was silky and luxurious

I like the location and atmosphere. The food looked fine (We only got coffee). The service was good. I did not enjoy their brewed coffee at all, and the espresso drink was not much better. Both seemed very acidic... maybe the tea is better?

Great coffee shop! Warm and inviting. The coffee and pastries were delicious. The store is adorable too. Great staff! We’ll be back next time we’re in town.

Amazing coffee and great food - even my mother who likes only Chinese food loved the quiche! Services were nice, especially the batista. Empty tables could use quicker cleanups so that they will always be ready for next customers.

great vibes, great coffee, great staff. my only complaint is with the wifi, which is usually quite bad (inconsistent and very slow). it's especially annoying because there's bad 5G coverage in the location, at least for Verizon. if they upgraded it would be easily 5 stars!

Excellent customer service, awesome atmosphere and much bigger than I expected! The oatmilk latte this morning was extraordinary.

Pricey jersey-themed tourist shop with a cafe. The seating is very cramped but I can understand why pack so many seats into a small space: it's mostly a place for elderly men to come and gossip, especially sunday mornings. So it can be very noisy. Same old bakery food that any cafe in NJ serves...nothing special. The upside is they open at 6am

They took down one of my reviews from years ago, probably because it told the truth…but I just want everyone to read this one section from a comment by the owner. “Coffee shops are a place people get together to catch up with friends. We are not an office. We appreciate people coming to Jersey Java and doing some work. However, we cannot survive with individuals coming in, sitting for eight hours with one cup of coffee while paying patrons walk out because the tables are utilized by these individuals.” With that being said, I’ll be going to the Starbucks in haddonfield…and FYI you stupid idiots coffee shops in most areas get used as an “office space” and those customers usually end up becoming your most loyal and consistent ones, especially those that work 100% from home. This owner has no clue how a business works. Hope this place closes down. My only and one time here was a horrible encounter.

I met a friend I haven't seen in years here. The table area was full when we got there, my daughter and I grabbed a table for 2 and waited. Hoping another table would open up... there were 2 tables of "locals" that offered us tables after my friend came and we exchanged greetings. THEY WERE SO NICE! The coffee and treats were purchased were delicious. Table space is limited but atmosphere was great. I wish I lived locally to visit again... perhaps my friend and I will meet up there again sometime!

Coziest coffee shop with a small shop inside who roasts locally and bakes their own goods. 3 stars on Food only because they didn't offer vegan baked goods but do have some unique whole foods prepackaged goods and snacks.

Very nice atmosphere with a good selection of coffees and teas. Limited food and pastry selections, but very tasty. Many other cute items to browse and buy.

Neat little spot next to the arcade.. clean and well lit interior. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend for Gamer fuel.

It really does have great coffee here. I only get to come in the area twice a year or so, so when I do, I make sure to always stop here for a cup of coffee and a bakery item. I have tired quite a few things here and today was the cinnamon muffin which was super fresh. It's not your same old coffee shop. The coffee is smooth and crisp and the atmosphere has that lay back and relax mood. Highly recommend if you want to find a place to sit and enjoy life for a few moments.

This is my favorite coffee shop when I come back to visit the area. Super nice staff and good coffee

Iced coffee drinkers beware. We try a new coffee shop every week just to see what's in the area. I have yet to come upon a coffee shop that does not offer drinks "hot or iced". This place is the unicorn. We asked for an iced smores latte and after an extended and confusing conversation, we thought she was making an iced marshmallow latte and then hands us a hot latte. The understanding we left with is that the only iced option they offer is cold brew. The hot latte wasn't even that good. Seems like this is a locals hot spot with lots of locals seated outside. Little uppity and very nosey on the consumer side lol. Staff was friendly but seemed overwhelmed and confused. Also, street parking only and its hard to come by. Very busy area. Not my cup of tea.

I have been going to jersey java for years and its one of my favorite spots in town! The drinks and snacks are always perfect and the management and staff are wonderful. I have had nothing but great experiences here!

Came here 2 years ago, ordered something with soy milk (dietary restriction) and was horrified to watch the employee pour whole milk into it instead. Still, we gave it another chance because a lot can change in 2 years. But not much DID change. Overpriced coffee with an inefficient seating arrangement and a passive aggressive notice posted everywhere saying that tables are "reserved for conversation" and that people with laptops should "utilize the outside space." Outlets don't work (I guess to drive off those pesky people just looking for a cozy spot to get some work done) and the food/novelties in their market section are so expensive that you might as well not even bother. Another reviewer below said they'll stick to Saxby's and I couldn't agree more.

One of the better independent coffee establishments in the area. They really do have good coffee, smooth and fresh. The only weakness is, they don't have sugar free syrups/flavors (i bring my own in my backpack). I don't think they have Splenda or stevia either, so bring your own. They sell many types of snacks, sandwiches, muffins, quiche, etc so you'll have plenty to choose from if you're hungry. Currently they're on limited hours especially on weekends because of worker shortage (currently they close at noon on weekends). They have nice indoor and outdoor seatings. WiFi is good. Restroom clean.

Enjoy this coffee shop & the little store of healthier snacks & treats. This trip I ordered a dirty Chai with a mango yogurt cup plus a matcha dark chocolate bar. All very good & so needed to take a break. There is outdoor seating when weather permits.

The cold brew and pastry were both delicious. They have a nice shaded outdoor patio with plenty of tables to relax at.

I love Jersey Java!!! Good coffee and yummy food from friendly people and great ownership. Staff are always upbeat and relational. They are well coached. My only complaint is how busy it is. Sometimes the inside gets pretty full. But that just tells you how popular it is.
