negative
ratings
if
I
can!
On
a
sunday
morning
at
around
8.30,
my
friend
and
I
went
out
to
have
breakfast
at
Amul
Plaza.
We
ordered
Sandwich,
fries
and
oinion
Uttapam.
They
got
the
first
two
orders
and
seemed
to
have
forgotten
the
last
one.
At
that
time
there
were
more
than
5
waiters
in
the
restaurants
and
we
were
the
only
customers.
The
table
was
uncleaned
from
last
night.
We
asked
the
waiter
to
get
it
cleared,
he
told
us
to
sit
at
another
table.
After
waiting
for
almost
20
mins
we
reminded
the
one
standing
at
the
counter
about
the
uttapam
order.
He
enqiured
in
the
kitchen
and
it
seems
that
the
order
was
not
placed.
He
came
back
to
ask
would
you
like
to
have
tomato
uttapam
or
onion
uttapam.
After
another
15
mins
of
wait
we
again
reminded
him,
at
that
time
the
manager
was
also
present
at
the
counter.
He
started
shouting
in
a
rude
voice,
"Uttapam
is
thick,
it
takes
time
to
prepare.
You
have
to
wait,
its
not
prepared
so
easily".
This
was
not
at
all
expected
by
us.
Even
a
local
dhabba
has
better
hospitality
and
management
than
this.
Despite
of
having
so
many
staff
the
customer
service
is
of
the
lowest
quality.
The
manager
definitely
needs
to
inculcate
some
basic
people
skills
before
he
decides
to
interact
with
the
customers.
It
wont
be
an
exaggeration
to
say
that
this
restaurant
work
only
because
its
under
the
brand
name
of
Amul.
A
big
big
big
thumbs
down
to
Amul
Plaza.
Not
at
all
expecting
such
kind
of
people
working
under
Amul
brand.
