Bookings are not properly handled. Poor/Miscommunication between staff and managers. They cannot proceed as per their commitment. Ask customers to change their order even if it is booked. Food quality is good.

City Point is really a decent restaurant in Anand area. Has a great approach as it is located on the main road - thus a great location. Service and staff’s behaviour is great. The taste of food is good here along with the quality. You should definitely try this one out with friends and family for sure!

I order packed lunch online but dissatisfied Food quality was not good , chapati are not cooked well. But test is good. I have given 2 start only for food taste paneer bhaji and jeera rice only for these two item's.

City point is really awesome food wise. Ambience is also great. Staff and service is too good. Clean, hygiene and low cost restaurant i had find in Anand. If you are in anand then you should definitely try this restaurant, and this is family restaurant so you can go with family as well.

City point is one of the anand oldest restaurants and good one and they can improve their dishes and hygiene. I had done dinner and lunch their many of times their but when I had done dinner last time, at that time I got fever and was ill then for 3-4 days.So,after that I had never visited there.

Overall good restaurant. Quick service. I think this is second time I noticed that veg spring rolls are wrapped in thin wheat roti not the crispy bread layer. Paneer tikka masala was good. Also badam kofta was good in name but not so good in taste. Kaju butter masala was really good. Paneer lasaniya was also not that great. Green pilao was average. I had a better pilao at home in morning.

Food quality is not good, I couldn't eat palak paneer and chhash ,due to so much salt in these items. I went there thinking to have good food. Only I ate two roti without palakpanerr and chhash.

How late I found this place....gosh such a beautifully prepared food. Each bite was remembered like eating at home. I am not sure they provide tambul to each customer. They provided me. All the staff are awesome.
