Mind all of you Pride group is no more associated with this Hotel Frankly this is one of the worst hotel I have checked in Last Many years of Travel Manager Arjun / owner Hasmukhbhai don’t know how to Run an hotel Room Worst / Bed & Bedding Worst This should be the last possible option to book

Food and Management was excellent and mind blowing...Staff of hotel was so polite and very cooperative...specialy two person Ravindra and Anuj ... Would love to do event again....

Hopeless hotel rooms. No hot water. Cockroaches running around. Rude and illiterate staff. Dirty bedding. Avoid at all costs and on all accounts. Nothing is good. Even bathroom drains are choked

First of all, this is not Pride Biznotel, their affiliation over a month ago but still the hotel using Pride brand name and fooling customers. Rooms are burst than a lodge, cockroaches roaming here n there, AC was not effective, pillows were stinking. Food was pathetic, ordered dinner in the restaurant took 45 mins to reach, very less options. Breakfast: they served poha which was not having salt at all and paratha was damn salty Found lizard 🦎 close to restaurant 🛗 lift. Staff was like rowdy fellows. Overall felt cheated and looted by this hotel.

I stayed in pride biznotel hotel during diwali. it was the worst experience i had ever encountered in my life.The had a completely illiterate person on the desk who was extremely rude.I had prebooked the hotel room for 4 days. The day i checked in at night,i told this desk person that i wanted hot water the next morning as i would be going out early.But the next morning,he did not provide hot water.When i called at the desk. he told me that within 15 minutes, i will get hot water which i did not get.The next day, i informed the other hotel staff that i needed hot water early in the morning.They told me that it will be provided for the next morning.Again when there was no hot water, i called the desk and the same illiterate chap was there on the desk and he told me that hot water will come in 15 minutes.I told him that i had already requested for the hot water and what kind of unprofessional behaviour is this,he started shouting at me and i told him that i will complain to the travel website i had booked on,he told that i can do whatever i want.I mean how can such a costly hotel keep such rude illiterate workers and staff and 24 hour hot water is a basic need while we are paying such big amounts

I have booked 13 room at maison hotel Anand. On the day of booking itself we told that our guest officers may come around 9 o clock. But some how they arrive early morning around 7 o clock. Hence hotel authority has charged additional early check in charges 300/- per room after lots of bargaining ( though it has not been communicated early) inspite of  providing so many days and room booking business to you. Our seperate team also booked your hotel between 10th to 13th dec. First day breakfast and room facilities were worst experience. Moreover your hotel management ask us to charge 40/- per litter water bottle (which usually available at 20/- at all locations). Hence I have overall worst experience at hotel.I am totally dissatisfied with service and hospitality. Do not book in this hotel...

Very nice ambience. Talking specially about the food and dining services it's fabulous. The staffs are very polite and kind, has a friendly nature and accent. They are always ready to serve you with a smile. To me it was such an amazing experience.

Double bed not actual double bed, two beds kept together. No comfortable night light. Feeki chai, not so interesting breakfast either. I'm staying 3rd time but this time experience isn't so good.

I recently stayed at Pride Biznotel Maison Hotel and I must say that it was a great experience. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the facilities were top-notch. The rooms were comfortable, The food was delicious and the service was prompt. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Pride Biznotel Maison Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

We checked in late at 10 PM on 24th Dec 2022 and shocked to understand that there is no Valet Parking facility at the hotel. - -No one bothered to collect our Luggage from Car and there were staff sitting in the lobby and reading news paper. In the end we had to help ourselves. -The Room # 802, which was assigned to us, was shabby and not cleaned, The Glass window had Spider webs, the TV and Set top box was full of Dust. - Room interiors was pathetic, Color was not proper, bathroom had no Soap dish etc etc. Cannot describe more as I can go onn and onn. - Lift was full of dust and looked like it wasnt cleaned for few days. -When we asked , we understood that Pride has taken over the Mgmt, but Hotel belonged to Maison Grp. Looks like Pride need to tighten the staff and lot of loose ends in the Hotel. - Hospitality of the staff was pathetic. - Breakfast had just 2 offerings. This is not at all standards of PRIDE. -While check out we had to escort our Luggage on our own as there was no Staff. - We requested if someone can clean the car, and response was we have no staff to do the same. - Overall a Pathetic experience. PRIDE MGMT needs to be aware of what is happening at this Property and needs immediate Strict measures to correct the same. Hello, Last night we had the best time at dinner after a long time at the Pride biznotel, Anand. Our server Abhishek Negi was hardworking, adorable and full of a personality plus. He was attentive, entertaining and knowledgeable. He is huge asset to the restaurant and deserve much kudos for all his harwork and welcoming attitude. Secondly, I appreciate the cooking skills of Chef Shubham, he prepared scrumptious mouth watering meal. The whole spread from soup, starter to main course everything was right in point. Amazing hospitality and service! keep spreading smiles and working hard! will definitely recommend and be back soon! Cheers!

Good hotel but on the expensive side , rooms are clean but small….they have banquet hall also …if anyone wants to celebrate their birthday or anniversary they have options…Very friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was good but less beverage options.. Overall a good and comfortable stay.

Short but a really amazing and comfortable stay at pride hotel anand ! Services provided were top notch...would surely recommend to a friend…we had dinner here on our marriage anniversary s which was jain food ….taste was good and quality also

Service is extremely good... restaurant staff is very supportive and helpful..had a really comfortable and a pleasant stay at pride biznotel Anand..the hotel is located near amul company..and only 200mtrs away from the railway station and bus station...

The rooms are not well maintained nor are the sheets very clean. Service is ok and food is good.

I was treated with the same respect and attention as a regular business traveller. i very much enjoyed my stay at hotel biznotel pride. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great view of the city. The staff were very polite and friendly. The food was not too bad either, although there are better places in town to eat if you want international cuisine.

No hot water facility available no fridge available in room and no tv cable connection not minibar available in room.. A very bad experience in such expensive hotel... They need to improve facilities if as they are charging so much from us.

The food was amazing, the service and staff was so helpful and sweet. They made sure of a smooth experience. Rates were also reasonable. We did a group party of 50+ people and we all loved the arrangements. Big banquet hall for a perfect party with speakers.

I was totally impressed with the staff ethics, friendly and well cultured. The house keeping was reasonably ok. The restaurant meal tasty and the chef always try to meet my meal spec. I won't forget to appreciate Mr. Bappi who made my stay very interesting and stress free. But, they need to improve in the laundry service and fumigation
