Ive been coming here for years (especially in the summertime) and have never had an issue. The service is always great. The staff are very friendly. The seats are comfortable and the theater is clean. The sound in the movie is wonderful, very crisp and clean. Not distorted. The concessions are always very good as well. My only complaint is that the company has switched to paper straws which tend to not hold up so well in the drinks.

Great place to see a movie. Clean and easy parking. I love they have classics and anniversary showings of older pics.

I asked for a cup of water and the guy insisted it was corporate policy to charge 5.50 for the cup. I tried making jokes but he just acted like he was tired of customers. 1 star for the movie and clean theater, 1 star for the popcorn tossing action that was super cool, minus one for having to walk over to planet fitness for a water (1$) and the same popcorn man not laughing at my "it was only 5.49" joke. The other two stars are lost because I have to remember this popcorn dude instead of a good night out with my friends at the movies.

This place has by far my favorite popcorn of any theater, and I usually enjoy going, but I write this review because I am incredibly upset that they changed from paper straws to plastic, that's it. I could not drink my icee as it could barely fit through the straw, and the straw had to be changed 4 times because it was falling apart. Please give us the option for plastic straws.

David was the greatest server at the snack bar. So accommodating to our needs and provided fast service. Also so kind and exceeded his basic job expectation. give him a raise.

Love this movie theater! I love the ease of ordering tickets online, the friendliness of staff, the comfort of the theaters, and cleanliness of theaters and bathrooms. An all around great experience every time I visit.

A nice movie theater in the back of the Hampshire mall. Plenty of parking. Seats are comfortable and spacious with plenty of leg room. You can buy tickets in advance online.
