A
Belgian-related
food
place
run
by
a
Belgian
man
in
the
middle
of
San
Telmo,
Buenos
Aires
is
the
place
of
my
all-time
top
3
best
fries
since
we
ate
at
his
place.
At
first
glance,
you
will
see
a
small
spot
on
one
of
the
market's
entrances
with
a
couple
of
chairs
and
tables
to
sit
and
eat.
Then
you
will
meet
the
chef,
a
nice
guy
who
can
switch
from
English
to
Spanish,
Flemish,
and
Dutch,
who
will
show
you
his
offer:
Belgian
stew
and
Belgian
fries.
Go
for
the
combo
of
stew+fries
(which
includes
a
sauce)
and
a
soda
(or
beer
if
you
prefer)
and
wait
for
the
order.
While
you
are
waiting,
he
will
have
some
conversation,
and
you
can
share
some
good
stories
and
musical
genres.
And
once
you
get
your
combo,
you
will
understand
the
why
of
his
perfect
5.0
stars.
I
cannot
stress
how
rich
the
stew
is
and
how
little
you
know
about
fries
after
you
try
the
first
one.
Each
bite
and
each
fry
is
equally
crispy
and
soft
(and
the
sauce
you
picked
will
make
it
even
better).
Give
yourself
a
treat
in
your
life
and
go
at
least
once
to
meet
this
Belgian
guy,
chat
with
him
about
music
and
languages
while
you
wait,
and
enjoy
his
food.
And
do
not
forget
to
give
him
five
stars
after
that.
