Very nice to have a coffee and/or cake it. Coffee tastes good and the cakes do as well. Perfect view directly to the river Elbe. Very nice and caring service. There are no parking places directly in front, because it is located in the historical part of the town. Parking is possible close by near the castle. It is around 10 min on foot from the parking place to the café. Dogs are welcome. Small children are welcome. I don't think there is a place for a stroller.

Lovely place! The view, outdoor terrace seating area, and the breakfast menu, all of it! The staff is friendly and warm. Apart from the vegetarian and sweet breakfast options, we also tried Lauenburger torte, which was really out of the world. Couldn't even wait to take a picture! 😂 Will definitely go back there if I'm in Lauenburg again.

Love it here always. The tortes are great and the breakfast menu. The interior is so inviting and every deco item is worth buying if only I had the place for it. One of our fav weekend brunch places.

What a wonderful surprise. A simply furnished Café-Restaurant with the Elbe flowing by. The owner loves to cook, and you can taste it. Whether a lentil soup or meatloaf and brussel sprouts. And a real Italian coffee machine. Highly recommended 😊

Great for breakfast and in the afternoon home made cakes and good coffee.. excellent service with nice view over the elbe river. Best to book in advance especially in summer...

A shop for souvenirs, a restaurant and a cafe all in one. We just had coffee there, but we enjoyed having it on their private terras with a great view on the Elbe river.
