We recently(06.03.2023) decided to stay at this place for night and unfortunately, we cannot recommend it at all to anyone!!!!!! I've been to so many hotels and I'm grading this as the worst out of all of them. The bed sheets were very dirty, and the bathroom had no water. We also noticed that the maintenance boys were unclean and unhygienic. To make matters worse the communication signals are quite bad, you barely get any signals. The road leading to the hotel was very rugged, and only 4-wheel drive vehicles can manage to go on that road. When we informed the manager of these issues, he pretended to be someone else and was very unhelpful. He even used filthy language when we tried to explain our situation to him.Ultimately we left the place without staying the night because the service and facilities were so bad. We were very disappointed with our stay and cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean experience.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE. ❤️😍 Such a cozy, beautiful place. I went with a bunch of my girlfriends and we had privacy to do what we wanted. We took one of the big rooms with 4 beds which were very comfortable. Loved the wooden-y architecture to the whole place. The food was out of this world. Very tasty Sri Lankan rice and curry for lunch, indi appa for breakfast and BBQ for dinner. Since I was vegetarian, they made a vegetarian BBQ too! There are three places to dip in the river, even if you can't swim, you're good to wade around in two of them. There is also a confidence jump site made by the resort too. The staff was very friendly, and welcoming from the beginning and were just very sweet. They made sure we were comfortable and well-looked after. Really appreciate the gorgeous vacation. Please be mindful to not litter when you visit the river and to bring bacj all that you take there. 💚

We recently visited this place and it was the most regretful decision we've made. The location and the surrounding is great for nature lovers as it's in the middle of an actual forest close to a beautiful river. However, the place is horrible as it's not maintained. The bed rooms and washrooms were unclean. The bed sheets weren't change and were filled with dust and insects. The food was not too great. Utensils were not clean. Service was horrible. We had to speak to the manager and get our room changed as the initial room was much worse. We had no other option than stay there the night as we were travelling with kids and it's not safe to drive up the hill in the night. Lefts first thing in the morning and will never return.

The best place I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Beautiful place, and it only gets more breath-taking when you walk on to the balcony to see the view. The best view I’ve ever had. The place is very calm, especially in the night. For a couple who loves the nature and likes to be in their own world, this is the ideal place. The room is not that big, but clean and tidy. The food was great. And the staff is very friendly and will go to any extend to keep the in-house guests satisfied. Can’t wait to go back!!

Best place to have your meals in a picturesque location. All facilities are available. Short eats and buffets are served.

Nice place to spend the day. Near kithulgala. Decent facilities and friendly staff. Day outing was Rs. 1500 pp.

Very poor customer service. Had to wait more than an hour for them to serve the dishes while those who came later even finished their meals while we just received ours. Also the forks and spoons were poorly washed and had leftovers.

This is the worst experience we had and NOT to recommend place for Humans, Because of property is not well maintaining. Rooms and washrooms very dirty and not cleaned, unpleasant with huge bad smell surrounding everywhere. Also foods are not stranded level which images show the website. The only positive thing is river to enjoy. The poor Lady Pawithra who is running this property very unprofessional behavior. By providing poor and unsatisfying service with earning money unfairly. *Finally I would like to say the people should accept the issues what they usually have, and then only react proper way to solve the problems to satisfy level.*

Worst hotel I've stayed in. We were really disappointed with their service, rooms, and food. Bedding materials and curtains were untidy. Never recommend to anybody!

We bought a beautiful tree cabana with a beautiful view. It was a first time experience in our life. It is a different experience to stay in a tree house on top of a misty mountain with cool environment than staying in an AC room surrounded by four cement walls.

Horrible, dirty place. Please don't ever book this place. The manager is a liar and robbing peoples money. We booked 4 rooms and paid for one night but didn't stay and didn't get a refund. We will not recommend this place to anyone.

Not recommended to anyone. They don't have good staff. Bad staff service 😑. The place is peaceful. No food as they mentioned. aslo no water sports activities .even no water in bathrooms some time .
