The
day
before
her
96th
birthday,
a
95-year-old
patient
was
hemicolectomized
due
to
an
acute
intestinal
obstruction
(ileus)
and
remained
in
the
intensive
care
unit
postoperatively
for
further
monitoring
(extubated
and
without
circulatory-supporting
drugs).
On
the
following
day,
her
96th
birthday,
one
of
the
three
children
is
allowed
to
visit
the
patient
after
consultation
with
the
responsible
senior
doctor,
as
well
as
a
grandchild
the
next
day.
After
consultation
with
the
OÄ,
one
of
the
grandchildren
will
be
arriving
(2h
journey).
To
be
on
the
safe
side,
to
date
the
time
of
the
visit,
the
affected
relatives
of
the
patient
contacted
the
responsible
treating
doctors,
who,
based
on
the
ongoing
visit,
assured
them
that
they
would
be
called
back
within
an
hour.
This
did
not
happen,
so
our
site
was
called
back.
OÄ
out
of
office,
AA
Mr.
B.
points
out
that
he
cannot
agree
to
a
visit
and
would
not
want
to
discuss
it
either.
The
doctor
mentioned
that
the
patient
was
in
good
AZ
and
could
be
transferred
to
the
peripheral
ward,
but
that
this
would
not
happen
due
to
the
impending
increase
in
diet.
Due
to
the
strict
visitor
rules
in
the
intensive
care
unit,
we
were
not
able
to
visit
and
disappointingly,
the
responsible
doctor
gave
the
impression
that
he
had
no
interest
in
the
patient's
well-being.
Arrival
and
visit
frustrated.
We
also
have
to
complain
about
the
poor
accessibility
and
the
unreliable
and
non-existent
callbacks.
Conclusion:
visiting
rules
are
not
implemented
in
a
comprehensible
manner.
Poor
flow
of
information
and
absolutely
unreliable
promises
to
call
you
back.
I
would
definitely
not
recommend
this
hospital
to
my
family.
In
addition,
the
relatives
could
not
be
given
any
information
about
the
details
of
the
operation
2
days
after
the
operation.

Dies

nicht,
also
wurde

OÄ
außer
Haus,
AA
Herr
B.
verweist
darauf
dass
er
einen
Besuch
nicht
zustimmen
kann
und
auch
keine
Lust
hätte
zu
Diskutieren.
Dabei
erwähnte
der
Arzt
dass
die
Patientin
im
guten
AZ
sei
und
auf
die
periphere
Station
verlegt
werden
könne,
dies
aber
aufgrund
des
bevorstehenden
Kostaufbaues
aber
nicht
passieren
würde.
Durch
die
strengen
Besucherregeln
auf
der
Intensivstation
war
uns
damit
kein
Besuch
möglich
und
enttäuschender
Weise
vermittelte
der
verantwortliche
Arzt
den
Eindruck
auch
keinerlei
Interesse
an
dem
damit
verbunden
Wohlergehen
der
Patientin
zu
haben.
Anreise
und
Besuch
frustan.
Zudem
müssen
wir
die
schlechte
Erreichbarkeit
und
die
unzuverlässigen
und
nicht
erfolgten
Rückrufe
bemängeln.
Fazit:
Besuchsregeln
werden
nicht
nachvollziehbar
umgesetzt.
Schlechter
Informationsfluss
sowie
absolut
unzuverlässige
Rückrufversprechen.
Meine
Angehörigen
würde
ich
dieses
Krankenhaus
definitiv
nicht
empfehlen.
Zudem
konnte
den
Angehörigen
auch
2
Tage
nach
der
OP
keinerlei
Informationen
zu
dem
Details
der
Operation
vermittelt
werden.
