Our dog can be a little difficult at the vets. The staff is amazing! I appreciate the effort that they make for our dog. She doesn’t like her paws touched and isn’t the best patient. They really go that extra step and it should not go unnoticed!

My nephews dog got a spider bite and it was badly infected the vet had to cut away a lot of dead skin from the bite area and put it 7 stitches. I'm happy to say she is doing great.

The folks there are beautiful, always professional and I’ve never seen/heard anything that would give me even questionable thoughts about looking elsewhere for someone to look after my best friend (9 yr old lab Remi) over the past few years I’ve been going there. I love them!

Heart of FL is a new vet for me and my fur babies. It's always stressful trying a new place because we all want nothing but the best for our kids!!! This facility truly came through for us!!! I had tried calling several other vets before I came across Heart of FL and no one was taking new clients. There was no hesitation here and I appreciate all of the personnel ... from the front desk clerks to the medical assistants and of course, the Dr's!!!!! The staff is friendly and takes great care of my dog Charlie. He gets a bath before I pick him up and he always seems happy after a stay with them. Also, their communication is excellent and you can’t beat their pricing!

I did not have to wait long for the vet tech took me early. She was great and listened about my dogs problem. The vet came shortly after and did an exam and spoke in detail what she recommended. The treatment was very professional so I would highly recommend the hospital. I needed 2 prescription for treatment which were brought out to me. The prices of the medications seemed high compared to previous purchases I had made. Once I got home, I checked my Chewy.com account and found both of my medications purchased to be $27 more each. So I paid $54 over what I would have from Chewy.com. The price of the exam and treatment was as expected but if you plan on purchasing medication from this hospital make sure you check online first. I can understand a 10 or 15 percent mark up, but a 58% markup over what online pharmacy's charges is way out of line. Next time I visit, I will request my prescriptions be called into my Chewy account.

The staff is so friendly and accommodating to make us and our kitties feel welcome. Always go above and beyond to be helpful. Especially when our three had to have surgery recently and stayed overnright, took really good care of them.

I would highly recommend this veterinarian office if you’re looking for a vet in this area. I am very particular who I take my fur babies to and I absolutely love these girls and Dr G. is amazing! Beverly, Debbie, Kaylie, Lacey and all the girls I’ve interacted with have been so very kind and helpful. They are knowledgeable of what is needed and have always answered my questions without hesitation. Don’t hesitate to check them out. Tell them Sophie and Oaklie sent you. =)

We loved how well they treated us and our doggie. Always friendly and always clean. We used the kennel several times as well, also very friendly and nice having the vet right next door just in case. Unfortunately we moved out of state, but recently, they did something remarkable. It was a weekend and our dog was having some issues, we were unable to get in anywhere near us, we called Heart of Florida and they advised us of some measures we could take until our vet here opened on Mon. They really care about helping your pet. We highly recommend them.

Excellent and understanding staff made sure our pets were comfortable, cared for, and loved. The dogs left feeling much better about being at the vet office than before.

We have 3 pets who receive their routine care here. We are very happy with the service we receive. Our cat recently needed to be dropped off for digestive problems. I was very appreciative of the opportunity to address the problem at HOFAH rather than having to go to the emergency vet. Dr Hendry went above and beyond to provide the care needed and follow up with me.

I was taking my beautiful Bella to another Vet that was not friendly and it felt like a life time for them to do a simple check up. With them it was quick and I was able to go in with her. Employees are nice and the area is very clean.

We love this place! The front staff is great and treat you like family even when they're swamped. We trust the vets and techs with our fur kids explicitly and would never go anywhere else. Dr Wilkinson takes time to explain all treatments and options and has great stories. He's gone the extra mile on a stray we found and looked for unusual options to treat her parasites that saved her life. He saw it as a challenge and we will be forever grateful. Highly recommend

Dr. Wilkinson is hands down the best vet I have ever had. I moved from Tennessee and I was nervous about finding a top notch compassionate vet for my senior yorkie Phoebe. Thank you Dr. Wilkinson. I have been taking pets here for over 9 years. Have always felt they treated my animals with concern and kindness. Dr. Wilkinson has my respect and trust.

Finding a caring vet is really important to me. My dog has very bad anxiety issues. I was very happy with them. They handled him so good and it touch my heart. I know he can be a lot of work but they welcomed him with open arms.

They are all great! We love the attention and thorough examination of our fur babies. Just can’t say enough.

Everyone at Heart of Florida Animal Hospital is always so friendly and helpful. The wait is normally very short. I feel my fur baby is well taken care of when he visits.

Very friendly and easy to schedule a visit for your pet. Doctor and staff were caring and took time with us. Not the most advanced facility but for basic pet care you can’t go wrong.

Great customer service I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. The lady at the front desk was very nice, helpful and fast. The Vet is great, knows what she's doing, took her time to listen, treat my baby Princess Leïa with care and love which is the most important part for me.

I will give this place 10 stars if I could. Heart of FL Animal Hospital was the only vet in the area that were able to see my Boston Terrier Luna on the same day. I was in and out within an hour with treatment for her ear infection. It was also very affordable. They will now become Luna’s primary vet.

We want to thank the staff for your heart felt support and kindness. With the loss of our senior cat Isabelle. We couldn't have asked for a better place to take our little love for treatment and end of life care. Between Dr. Hendry and the caring nurses and techs we were giving such respect and privacy to give our kitty the love and affection that she needed in her time of need. We can't say enough about this wonderful place. We were very lucky to have them help our cat and us. This place is one of a kind. Thank you so much you guys. From the ladies up front to the techs and the vet are so friendly and professional. It's a very clean environment and a "family" atmosphere. Checking on my pet the following day is extra special and appreciated. Highly recommend to others.
