Combo meal was very small. What they gave me for fries was not a lot and the chicken sandwich was maybe enough for a small child. The attitude on the person taking the orders was bad. I really didn't want to stop here due to past experiences at this Checkers so I'm not that shocked.

The place was dirty, the tables dirty. Waited a long time and the spicey chicken sandwhich looked like a kids portion. The big Burford was the size of a Jr. Hamburger awful for $20.00.

Order was 30 minutes behind noted delivery time, due to restaurant not deiver. Chicken was chewy and missing requested dipping sauces. Overall poor food quality and misleading prep times

Pulled up to the speaker, employees yelling on the intercom, making noises and laughing. Finally placed my order, got to the window, 5 - 6 employees standing at the window laughing and playing. I said that's how we play on the intercom. A tall light skin Manager with gold teeth in her mouth, said what did you say. So I repeated it, she snitched the card from the employees and gave it back and asked me to leave. I was 100% ok with that. This Checkers has a AWFUL REPETITION IN TOWN and it's for reasons like this. Read other reviews.

The staff is always polite and accommodating. On this visit (for the 1st time) we had a problem with an item and they quickly replaced it with another item. Thanks to the staff for always being so friendly.

I have always been a fan here but this trip was not good. We ordered the crispy chicken sandwiches. They were so greasy. We scraped off the breading that left a rather dry sandwich. Order something else.

Ordered over $100.00 worth for delivery. Missing items, fries to salty, grandkids food was hard and they refused to eat it. Lot of money for uneaten food!!! Never again…. So I left info and still nothing!!! This is not a way to get customers back.

The place was clean, except for the pile of trash in the drive thru... We had to wait 45 minutes for our order. In that time, they moved 6 cars through the drive thru and 3 people at the window... At least the food came out hot and fresh... IDK if it's that way every time at this location, but I may give them another try but it won't be anytime soon.

I ordered the 5 wing combo asked for wings to be wet, when I got to the window I noticed the wings had very little sauce on them, the lady at the window was argumentative and wanted to charge me for sauce until the lady who actually made my order spoke ip and agreed that I didn’t have a lot of sauce on my wings and gave me to go sauces. Why argue and be rude, very unprofessional on order taker! I ordered half n half tea I got sweet and the tea was soured from so much sugar and sitting out. Grease needs to be changed, fries tasted like Old grease. Just not a pleasant experience with service or food.

The young girls stand around doing nothing. I waited 20 minutes food never came. Went to window knocked no one came to window One black girl saw me and walked away. Drove around the drive thru. Manager came to window. She was nice and made food herself. She needs better employees. 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches is ridiculous. Won’t be back to this store

Stopped by for a easy in out snack, not so much. We ordered off the 2 for $4 and the 2 for $6 menu. The order was 1 Checker burger and 1 spicy chicken sandwich (2 for $4) and 1 double spicy chicken sandwich and 2 chili dogs (2 for $6) and 1 large fry. We received 2 Checker burgers, 1 chili dog, and 1 large fry. So much for in and out, I parked and went to the window. There was one other customer there who was there when I pulled into the drive thru to order. Yes you guessed it, I had his order. My order was quickly replaced with the correct order. The bad news... the man was still standing at the window waiting for his order as I drove away. 🤷‍♀️

The workers at this location are always nice however they use doordash for deliveries which is not a good service. When there is an issue you just get empty promises from checkers and no action.

Food is great, Service is terrible. Why can’t a human being take my order instead of a robot?

The lady at the window was super rude and they closed over half an hour early. She said the drive thru was still open and after she redirected us and other customers to the drive thru she put the cones up before anyone could even order… extremely unprofessional and have never had a bad experience until tonight. They should really do something about the service.

Great place to grab a quick bite to eat. The food here was fresh and in my opinion I love me a big fat juicy bacon cheeseburger and this place definitely came through...that was fast food at it's finest

They weren't busy with customers because it was almost closing. So I give them that......they WERE cleaning but.....the trashcan tipped over and the boy cooking the fries, picked the trash up off the floor with his gloves and went right back to cooking and putting fries in the container. We had to beat the horn and knock on the window to get someone's attention to ask him to please change his gloves. They forgot part of our order and we had to ask for that. The food ended up being just okay which is typical for fast food restaurants nowadays. They were also out of a lot of things!

Extremely expensive, service was slow. The US has slipped way behind the rest of the world in fast food. Wings were good as were the tenders. Portions very small.

Service was good very fast less than 2 minutes we got our food after ordering but food was a 1/100 very salty burger honestly couldn’t eat it but that was abt it every thing else was okay

Ate there the other night as the lines at McDonald's was super long and I didn't want to wait to eat . I was pleasantly surprised when the food was awesome and the service was friendly ...it hasn't been in the past ...but let us not dwell in the past .

I normally get the baconator and my husband one of their double burgers. Today we decided to get the single burger. It was suppose to have ketchup, mustard and onion. We got a little ketchup lots of mustard and pickles with no onions. The bun was dry and stale. This is the worse burgers we have ever had from this Checkers or any Checkers we have ever eaten from. I will never get another single burger as they don't seem to be the same quality. All my other experiences with this location has been good even the one last week.

OMG, have i been living under a rock??? How is this the first time im ever having checkers! I got the chicken strips with fries combo. Hands down the best fries I've ever tasted. And the chicken was not only seasoned good but so juicy and fresh. I've been craving fries since I first had them 4 days ago... its a good thing I dont live to close to a checkers...ooh the weight I would gain. Lol

We loved Chequers and only wish we had discovered it sooner. The fries were amazing, and the burgers so tasty. And such great value for money. And we love Frankie 🐓

2 cheesecake sundaes (strawberry and caramel) plus 2 funnel fries. 10 ⭐️ for taste, specially the funnel fries. Stay away from the soda here. Every time you purchase a fountain drink it gets mixed with water when it’s coming out the soda machine ( 🤮 had to put the emoji that’s how bad it taste) I was able to taste the water pipes and let me say they where rusty. I am scared now hopefully my stomach can take the rust. Other then that everything was good.
