It's cold in the Hakha even the spring season, warm in 7 Degree Celsius of room temperature for night time.You can get room service a viable , hot and cold water inside room.Room is clean and good structure.

4 special rooms with bathroom with hot tab, wood building, cost 20,000 Ks for double room one night. Non air-con because weather is cold enough. But no heather either. There are single or double rooms with shared bathroom those are placed on front side concrete building.

15k for a room with shared bathroom. It's cold in the bathroom but toilet has great mountain view. Two warm blankets, power socket, well worth the price

In that guest house you can hire the cheap room or the expensive one. For the cheap one you can pay 7000 for one night but for the expensive one you have to pay 25000for a room charge. It depends on the room types. There is no breakfast. You need to carry your luggage to your room. Staff do not serve like that.
