At my first appointment there, I was greeted very warmly and treated in an equally friendly and competent manner. The employee took the appropriate time for me and first listened to my complaints calmly and then even asked me about my wishes and what I hoped to achieve in the long term from and after this treatment. Scheduling my three double appointments was also uncomplicated and at very short notice. All in all, I can only recommend this practice with the great and young team. If I have any future complaints, I would come here again at any time.

Ich bin ein ziemlich kritischer Mensch und habe auch schon schlechte Erfahrungen in einer anderen Praxis gemacht. Aus dem Grund war ich besonders "vorgeprägt" und skeptisch. In dieser Praxis habe ich mich sehr früh wohl und auch gut versorgt gefühlt. Die Praxis ist modern und sauber. Auf Hygiene wird hier sehr geachtet. Es ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Wenn man so eng mit Menschen zusammen arbeitet und mit Schmerzen zu kämpfen hat, ist ein vertrautes und entspanntes Verhältnis elementar, das findet man in dieser Praxis vor. Alle (wirklich alle!) Mitarbeiter*innen sind sehr kompetent und freundlich. Alle Fragen konnten mir beantwortet werden und auch, wenn ich mal etwas nicht so gut geschafft habe, gab es Motivation und auch aufbauende Worte. Ich freue mich sehr, dass ich Patientin in dieser Praxis bin und auch viele, nützliche Tipps und Übungen für zuhause bekomme. Wer eine gute und kompetente Begleitung (bis bestenfalls zur Genesung) sucht, wird sie dort mit sehr hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit finden.

A very modern practice - not only but also for physiotherapy. I particularly like the online appointment scheduling. I was able to book an appointment for the next working day and avoid a long wait until treatment began. The entire organization runs digitally and very well. Appointments can also be rescheduled without any problem. The treatment is also excellent. Changes in therapists are avoided so that continuous treatment is guaranteed. I can highly recommend the Impulse practice. What is particularly impressive is the quick and uncomplicated scheduling of appointments and the professional expertise of the practitioners.

I was there for the first time today: a really, really great team. The rooms are modern and bright. I immediately felt welcome and the anamnesis followed by treatment was so good and immediately brought initial relief from my pain. I'm already looking forward to the next appointment.

For Christmas we received vouchers from the company for a preventive massage with fango. Appointments are best booked by telephone. Although it is stated that this is also possible online, I could not find this function on the homepage. I also got an appointment relatively quickly. When I arrived everything went pretty quickly. After less than 15 minutes I was finished again. Unfortunately, I didn't get a preventive massage with fango. It seemed to me that you weren't really welcome or that you didn't make any extra effort because it was just a voucher and you'd already cashed in anyway. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this therapy center, but maybe I just had a bad day. Addendum: On January 27th, 23 I had the massage again and this time everything was really perfect. I got what I wanted and they really made an effort to accommodate my needs. All in all, the service that day was really great and if that is always the case with every customer, then this therapy center can really be recommended.

Processing in a practice has never been so uncomplicated anywhere else. I had a very friendly and competent employee on the phone. I then received an email with all the important information and dates. There was even an import file for the smartphone's appointment calendar. So far, I have no questions or wishes left unanswered and I am looking forward to the first treatment. Thank you :-)

Das einzige richtige Gute war das Trainingsgerät, ansonsten nette Menschen, aber zu viel Therapeutenwechsel, Terminvergabe nicht einfach. Therapieziel nicht erreicht. Ich bin enttäuscht.

Ich bin super zufrieden mit dieser Praxis. Sie ist sehr modern und hygienisch. Die Terminvergabe ging sehr schnell. Man wird vom Team zurückgerufen, wenn man angerufen hatte und nicht durchgekommen ist. Sowas habe ich vorher noch nie erlebt! Das Praxismanagement ist top. Die Zeiten werden eingehalten, sodass man keine langen Wartezeiten hat. Das ganze Team ist sehr freundlich. Mit der Behandlung bin ich sehr zufrieden. Behandelt wird nicht nur die betroffene Stelle oder nur ein bestimmtes Symptom. Es wird nach möglichen Ursachen geschaut und umfänglich und kompetent beraten. Ich konnte viele wertvolle Tipps aus den Behandlungen mitnehmen und werde sie weiterhin für mich anwenden. Ich würde das Impulse Therapiezentrum jedem empfehlen. Vielen Dank an das Impulse Team!

Ich bin sehr begeistert von der Praxis, die ich vor meiner Knie-OP noch gar nicht kannte. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind alle immer superfreundlich, die Ausstattung ist toll und "meine" Therapeutin nimmt sich viel Zeit für meine individuellen Befindlichkeiten und Fortschritte. Inzwischen bin ich schon wieder deutlich beweglicher und freue mich auf den ein oder anderen Präventionskurs.

Ich fühle mich hier super aufgehoben! Sehr nettes und kompetentes Team und moderne, freundliche Räumlichkeiten 👍🏼

After an accident with a serious knee and fibula injury in January 2023, I was able to start outpatient therapy at Impulse in April. I had the best training therapy options there three times a week. Manual therapy, physiotherapy and equipment training. The entire team is highly motivated and competent. I would also like to thank Ms. Lütkemeyer, who works in registration, for her help.
