It was a good experience overall. I would go back and would recommend to others. I was a bit disappointed that they don't serve hot beverages such as coffee or tea. Had to take a Chilli instead (type of beef soup/stock with beans)

The food doesn't even matter because the cashier Alicia was rude and awful and the worst person I have encountered in my life. She is extremely condescending and apparently does not know who to properly communicate instead she decides to shout at customers. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Service wasn't bad, the place was clean and all that but the food was my main issue. I usually rate food on a quality/quantity - price scale and Wendy's fell a little flat where that was concerned. It wasn't horrible but it definitely could be better.

Is it just me or does the Dave special burger seem smaller than usual? Fries and everything else still great though.

The place was fairly empty and it was close to closing time, maybe that's why the staffs were dragging their feet 😅 took some minute to get served

Great place to dine. Just ask for your condiments...they will give u a bag of just the order. No fork no sauce no ketchup or straw.

Wendy's continues to please. Clean, spacious surroundings; courteous & helpful staff; delish offerings on the menu. The bathrooms have recently been renovated putting them back at the 5 star level.

The food was good though the wait was approximately 15mins, on a day that was not busy at the time of my visit. Great location in a busy section of St. Andrew. The bathroom was clean, the AC however was much colder in comparison to the rest of the store. The servers were ok though their skills can be fine tuned.

Got through quickly. Minimal dining seem to be allowed. Really couldn’t tell if the cashier was trying to be funny or rude 🙃 but I wasn’t offended

Staff is loud and obnoxious. Talk a lot over the food. Maybe it's not a big deal for some persons, it is for me. How u present urself to ur customers mean a lot to me

I had the crispy chicken meal $450, the chicken was really tender and crispy at the same time and not too much mayo or sauce ....a must try ....serving the food howerver took too long being that it's 8 - 10 person's at a time ....

It's really a great place to go and sit and have some lovely food but after covid is gone

Quick and easy but they so not check temperature their so someone can be burning with fever and they wouldn't throw and your their standing next person or worse dining in an enclosed area with them

My daughter and I visited Wendy's in Liguanea as we were in the area last weekend. I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to access service up to very late. The curfew restrictions did not affect the service. People were allowed inside in a long line that was fed intermittently by people standing on the outside. The drawback was the long waiting time and everyone had to stand in line, both old and young. The seats were either taken out or pushed back against the far wall. Another thing was them not having what I wanted after that long wait and having to change my order on the spot. I hate that! Overall, the service is not excellent but it was OK. I was happy we were able to get served.

The salads are my favourite! Always fresh and so good.

Food made infront of you, they generally have everything in the menu, and it's my go to place for a salad... Yet the chicken and bacon ranch salad and thank me later. The chilli cheese fried ate amazing and the spicy chicken wrap is a go to for me. Burgers are also pretty good.

The quality of service in this Wendy's store is below standard. You have to wait for long periods to order as the cashier is not only dealing with cash orders but is also placing the fries into the bags to serve other persons who are before you. Store seems to be grossly understaffed.

Food quality is good as usual. Taste is consistent. Price is higher than other fast food establishments however. Not as many locations as other establishments as yet.

The wait was forever to cash and mind you, when I went in I was 3rd in line, had to wait a good 20 minutes 🤰then about 15 minutes to get the food, the fries were overdone with a burnt taste!! And my fish sandwich was a mess, goodbye! This is what I got for craving Wendy's fish sandwich 😤

Took my daughter here for a light lunch the food was okay due to covid there was limited seating and we sat beside a puddle of what looked like a Frosty on the floor it was there at least an hour. I also tried to buy my daughter a frosty but the service was abysmally slow and so we decided to leave after we finish eating our burgers. They really really could do something about keeping the place tidy. It seems as though the staff just do not care

The location is a nice one. I was amazed by the garden on the outside. The service was extremely slow. They place your order slip/receipt on the counter with the drink while the rest of the order is being prepared(Ice in drink melts and you end up with watered down drink). The temperature inside was extremely chilly. The bathroom was extremely clean with the absence of hand towel. The customer service was okay(meh). I am not sure if that's what is included in fish burger but there was no tomatoes or cheese....maybe I should have asked or have been told.

Food taste great. Was freshly prepared. Didn't have to wait too long. The staff was kind and presented the meals with a smile. Seating where clean. Restrooms well kept. Location is easy to find. Security staff on premise so no need to feel threatened in the area.

Menu could do with more variety like adding wheat bread for its sandwiches which is currently not offered

I have always liked the service I get at this Wendy’s but this last time was a bit weird.. The food was on point but the staff was very unprofessional. Arguing with each other in front of us.. It was just not the service I am used to from Wendy’s..

They are suppose to give two salad dressing packets when ordering a salad. That is what Wendy’s usually does. However , in Jamaica they are giving only one packet!

Staff needs additional training... too many times an item is missing. They forget to read the ticket and give customers the food they pay for. Today I had to state an item was missing. They didn't even say I'm so sorry about this.

Was a good the meal was reallya great and fresh,however the only problem I had was the waiting apart from that the experience was real great!

Wendy's in Liguanea is the best Wendy's location that I've tried with VERY RARE instances of food quality issues. The changes since COVID mean that there's nowhere to sit anymore while waiting. Generally they maintain their quality.

They needed more staff. Customers had to waiting to be cashed and receive their orders. Our wait time was 45mins. Not something we'd go again. So I guess we'll have to give Wendy's a long break. Some customers left making their dissatisfaction known. Even the Rep. that handled the online orders was overwhelmed, she even missed up a few orders. We've been to this location over the years and this time customer service has deteriorate significantly.

I love coming here. My preferred burger joint. I like that they always have good cheap food deals so you can eat on a budget if your money isn't too tall for the day. I was even surprised by their salads. Love ordering the side salads and actually look forward to it as well as the loaded fries with baked beans.

Their card machines were down so I had to spend all my cash, but otherwise the experience was good. Usual Covid processes enforced. I ordered an apple pecan salad. I was disappointed to receive a small plastic container with regular pecans than the usual honey roasted packaged type that normally comes with it. I wish they had informed me first. It's not a big deal for some, but may be a deal breaker for others, so it's worth mentioning. But other than that. Everything was good.
