The owner felt the need to push my daughter because she was playing with the stones in his store. Totally unapologetic even when the police became involved. Their website slogan states, "Uplift your world with the peaceful energy of Drala", yet the owner used violence when faced with a child's curious nature.

I love this store! I am absolutely in love with the incense they sell. And the staff are so wonderful, knowledgeable, and kind. I find this Sandalwood Incense (Middle) is the BEST!!!!!!!!! I recently tried this Morning Star brand that they carry, and it is very good as well with many beautiful scents. An amazing price point, it's $5.95 for 50 sticks, and the smell lingers wonderfully in my space. I just don't think I will ever find a scent better than this particular brand of Sandalwood! I was so pleased to see they still carried it! Thank you!

When I phoned to inquire about wheelchair accessibility, the employee was really unpleasant on the phone and said that yes, but when I arrived, there were no handicap doors, indicating that they are not wheelchair accessible. When I enter the shop, it's quite awkward, and the employee stands behind the counter and watches me the whole time. I was very uncomfortable and was about to leave, but I discovered a mothers day present and decided to remain. My friend inquires as to whether they accept Apple Pay and the employee states unequivocally "no." However, when it comes time to pay, he gives me Apple Pay. He had no knowledge of crystals and should not have been working in a crystal store or any other establishment with customers. Very unpleasant experience, and I will not return as long as he is employed; but, if he is the manager, that was a pleasant one-time visit.

The staff are always welcoming. I wish more people who love crystals and rocks knew about this place. I love to take my time and look around. I don't have anything bad to say about this place. They do ask for feedback as well as they're adding new items weekly and I really appreciate that extra bit!

LOVE this store! I always say that I should never go in with money in my pocket - I always find something new and wonderful to buy (not only that, but some things that I have seen there that I have found at other stores, are usually always much lower priced at Drala)..!!

Not very happy with my experience here. I bought a gift certificate for a friends birthday and they provided me with a printed paper certificate from their store and a card to put it in (downtown Halifax) which was fine. My friend went into the store to use it and they tried not to honour the certificate because they said it wasn’t “legit” even though they told her they sold 4 other certificates that way. You totally embarrassed my friend and you should be ashamed considering it was your lack of organization and not keeping track of the certificates you give out to customers. You need a better system because this shouldn’t happen. I’d give you 0 stars if I could.

This is such an adorable store! The staff was super talkative and kind. Their crystals are relatively cheap, which is super great! Definitely recommend.

A calm and welcoming store. A good selection of self-help type, meditation books and all others sorts of things that make the soul happy. Incense, windchimes, singing bowls, beautiful West Coast cups, puzzles, silk scarfs and such.

Awesome store with the most kind and welcoming employees/managers/owners. They have everything you could need in regard to crystals and other items relating to the metaphysical. Love this store and will certainly be stopping in regularly!
