I have only had 4 appointments with Pt health . I’m a very dissatisfied . How does. One hour appointment turn to two hours or more Without full treatment. On Friday my appointment went on time I received some treatment with hands on my neck all of 3 minutes then I received Acupuncture that should have been 20 minutes I was told . The therapist come back in 50 minutes saying I will be right back with the machine I call the Tens machine 10 minutes later back once on . I was told I will be right back with the heat 40 minutes later the therapist is back no heat and it’s over....Me thinking ok it’s Friday . I’m off there today Monday taken in on time hands on my neck all of 2 minutes then Acupuncture at 323the therapist is back at 355 takes the needles out says be right back comes back with the heat and I lay there with heat from 4pm until 440pm until I get up and leave this is not treatment . The ladies at the front desk are top notch and the therapist is very sweet but as far as I’m concerned it’s was a waste of time and money without any relief from the pain I’m in and with a medical ready to expire within a week. I was made to cancel my massage with your place in fair of bad treatment from what happened there today November 23/2020.

Wonderful, friendly and professional staff! The place is very clean, disinfectant and hand sanatizers everywhere, I went there for physiotherapy which was very helpful for pain relief and I also had a number of chiropractic sessions which felt like a magic touch! They are very knowledgeable in what they do, the chiropractor can even point out the exact pain spots in my back without me having to say anything! Great treatment over all, I highly recommend this clinic also it was always very easy to find free parking around the building. Thank you and will come back for sure when needed. 5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My chiropractor Ben is the man. Unmatched experience and while the visits don't always feel the nicest in the spine area ( to be expected lol ) he always makes it a great experience very charismatic and friendly really cares for his patients and is also available at pt health cole harbour. The booking staff are also very friendly and easy to deal with.

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. I was able to get into my appointment right on time. Ladies at the front desk were very sweet. My physiotherapist was wonderful. Very kind and helped so much with my injury. My injury felt much better after seeing her. Will definitely be back!

The admin staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to look into my insurance policy after there was trouble claiming my first visit. Holly, the RMT, was professional and very knowledgeable about working with me to work on the root cause of the muscle pain I was experiencing. I would recommend this clinic.

Dr. Ben Murray is kind, funny and amazing at his craft. Definitely the best chiropractor I have seen. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. It's pretty easy to get in for a last minute appointment too.

So disappointed with a recent phone call from the Gladstone staff. They are discharging me and I still need treatment. It was not my fault they didn't have a physiotherapist all summer. I had to Go without treatment. I can't receive treatment because they have call my insurance company. So annoyed!!!

Pt health on Gladstone has a wonderful group of professionals that work together to ensure your physical health is top priority. I have nothing but positive to reflect on so far. They work close together to ensure my optimum recovery through physio and massage. Great staff and environment.

Excellent staff, excellent practitioners, and always do their best to accommodate scheduling requests. They have an excellent working relationship with both my health and auto insurance companies, and have leveraged both to ensure I get the best care.

I see Dr. Ben Murray on occasion at PT Health on Gladstone. Every time I visit I'm greeted by wonderful people and an inviting atmosphere. The staff are prompt and polite, their rates are fair and they take care of all of the insurance paperwork for me (well, as much as they can!) 10/10, would definitely recommend.
