We
had
a
reservation
at
7:30pm-
waited
a
while
to
be
seated
and
it
wasn’t
that
busy
in
the
restaurant.
Lady
that
sat
us
down
wasn’t
so
welcoming
and
it
was
our
first
time
there.
She
just
sat
us
down
and
put
menus
downs
and
left.
Then
we
were
ignored
by
her
and
everyone
else
for
the
next
25
minutes.
We
couldn’t
fathom
giving
them
any
of
our
money
being
treated
this
way,
and
as
we
were
deciding
where
we
were
going
to
go
instead,
she
shows
up
with
water
and
abruptly
asks
if
we
are
ready
to
order..
The
whole
time
we
were
waiting
and
looking
around
and
literally
nobody
could
bother
to
lock
eyes
with
us,
and
it
wasn’t
that
busy.
We
saw
several
door
dash
orders
getting
prepared
while
we
were
there.
So
clearly
online
customers
are
far
more
valuable
to
them
than
sit
down
customers.
As
we
got
up
to
leave,
and
before
walking
out,
my
husband
let
a
man
near
the
cash
know
that
we
waited
far
too
long
and
aren’t
impressed
and
that
we
don’t
have
anymore
time
to
give
them,
and
his
answer
was
“ok”.
We
will
not
be
given
them
another
chance,
ever.
