I really don’t want to give them one star but I had to. I got my eyebrows laminated from them . And My skin burned from the wax and left a scar on top of my eyebrow. I went there the next day and showed to them and asked they can give me any oil or some product that I can apply on my scar or even do something because I paid the full amount of my service . The lady who was there clearly said I am not the one you got your services from and also she showed me the products that I have to buy . Why would I have to buy a product for the scar that was clearly from their wax . And she just didn’t really do anything for that and not even apologized . What a terrible experience . I had to leave at that point . So much disappointment. Anyways the lady who did my eyebrows was nice though and she did great job too . And accidents happen . But as I am their regular client they should be taking care of what they have done to my face just before my trip . So everyone good luck , I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone

Underwhelming service and overwhelming prices. I had three services at this location and all of them were disappointing. The chemical peel I booked did not peel my face. I wasn't informed until the morning of the treatment that they didn't have stronger chemicals on hand. The chocolate pedicure left my heels covered in dead skin. The brazilian left an unwanted strip of hair.

I have always been very pleased with the services I have received at Gentle Touch over the years and my recent experiences at their new location did not disappoint! A beautiful and relaxing spa atmosphere with knowledgeable and professional technicians makes for the perfect experience. Highly recommend.

The Halifax Gentle Touch location has been my go-to location for years however I've felt just as taken care of at the new Bedford location! The staff are all so welcoming and knowledgeable about the services and products. During services the team always checks in to ensure you're comfortable. They are eager to answer any questions and are happy to share any product recommendations. The space is clean, bright and purposefully designed. Took my sister for her first spray tan here and she loved it :) Highly recommend this business and location!

Lovely place! I was greated kindly and was offered cucumber water while I waited. I had a spray tan, done by Nathalia, and it turned out incredible. No orange, extremely blended, and no patchy-ness. I will definitely be going back again! It looks beautiful and is better than any other salons I've been to for the same service! :)

Got an amazing spray tan by Ariel at Gentle Touch Spa in Larry Uteck. I loved the color - no orange and it lasted for weeks! Can’t wait to go back for my next spray tan.

I love this new location. It gives all the vibes of Halifax but with the convenient location. Friendly staff and very clean practices. The staff are always cleaning tools and maintaining relaxing vibes. Only thing missing is a place to nap because you are too relaxed to drive 😎

I recently moved to Bedford from the city and started going to Ariel at Gentle Touch’s new location on Hogan court! She is absolutely wonderful, I get monthly manis from her and my nails have never looked so clean and perfect, I am so happy with them each time! The location is so convenient, the staff are always so kind and welcoming it is such a great addition to the neighbourhood! I highly recommend if you are looking for a nice clean and luxurious spa in Bedford!

I have been going to the parklane location for years for pedicures and laser hair removal. Ive always had top notch services. I recently tried the new Bedford location and it did not disappoint. The location is clean and bright and my feet feel amazing!

I just started going to the bedford location for laser treatment. They were fantastic. Greet you with a hello and offering you a cool or hot Bev. To me, nowadays to have excellent service and customer service is a win win for me. I will be back!
