Park

👍👍 Such a tranquil , serene park with a beautiful lake. I love the views and wonderful trail/pathway system which connects all the surrounding neighbourhoods. The dam makes a wonderful waterfall.

Small park, nice place for a swim, not usually crowded. Better than driving 45min to the ocean and fighting for parking.

Beautiful lake to enjoy. Edit: Dec 2022. New playground with more swings for kids.

Great place for a family but it gets really loud at night in the summer when teenagers decide to loiter.

One of the best beaches in HRM. I quick hike thru the trail if you're a bus user. Not packed like some others. The only downside is all the rocks in the water.

Cute little lake and playground. Great for little swimmers and those new to canoeing/kayaking/paddle boarding... Just follow Moirs Mill rd from Bedford hwy by the Tim's and your there.

Beautiful Park. Beach wasn't huge but nice. 5 minute walk from parking lot to park. Mosquitos weren't fun. Bring bug spray. They have washroom facilities & picnic tables

Such a beautiful, serene lake ! The water sound at the dam is very soothing and relaxing. You can sit peacefully by the lake and get lost in nature. There are few trails for a walk. Saw people swimming there too. There’s enough roadside parking available. Not too crowded. There’s a kids play area, little smaller though but the view around is completely engrossing !

Beautiful and serene location to hang out next to Papermill Lake. Excellent trail system and beautiful rushing water sounds produced by the dam. There is also a nice playground here.
