We stopped here on our road trip and were pleasantly surprised. This place is more like dining at a friend's than a restaurant. The service is like no other I've ever seen and the friendliest waiter I have ever had in my life. The food was spectacular especially the seafood pastas and the chicken parm. Also the appetizers and onion blossom was delicious. The serve generous salads and bread and butter so go for the small unless you are very hungry. This place is an absolute must when you're in Truro. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The food was authentic and delicious! The service was impeccable 👌 The atmosphere was welcoming and very spacious. It had a cool vibe and we will definitely be back.

My first trip to Frank & Gino's and it was probably the best service I've had in a long while. Needed a drink refill? Rae was on top of it. She was very friendly and polite and very attentive to our table. Food was DELICIOUS! Had the lasagna, and it has a light sweetness to the sauce which we loved. Everything was piping hot and the prices were super reasonable for what you get. We live out of town, but I will 100% stop back here!

It is a good place to eat. The ambient was unique.They decorated the area into cubicles and they also used a door 🚪 for the decoration. Only a few options of vegetarians, although if you are non-vegetarian than you will find multiple options.Overall, the food was delicious and the varieties are more.

Food was excellent and service was cheerful and quick...we sat outside on the deck in perfect evening weather....will return soon to enjoy other dishes...its a must-go in Truro....cheers

I stopped in Truro on my travels and seen this restaurant while visiting a nearby walking park. It seemed quite busy and thought to myself it may be a nice restaurant to stop for supper 🍽 🤔 Parking lot was quite full, a good sign maybe lol. Was seated on the patio as requested, very cozy. I had ordered a Chicken Carbonara because it had great reviews and Italian Sausage Soup for the side dish. 10 minutes past and then a lady came with bread and butter, ten minutes after that 2nd lady came with a Cesar salad that I didn't order and then 15 minutes later a 3rd lady came and stretched out and passed me my dish instead of taking a few extra steps to put my meal in front of me. What got me the most was neither one of the three ladies came back to check on me or ask me if I would like to have a drink....lol The atmosphere of the restaurant fantastic, $19 for pasta seemed a little expensive for the portions but was very good, Cesar and bread was fine, the service wasn't that great at all. 😔 Yes I would go again and and order something different

A great dinning experience. Will most definitely be back. The service was quick and everything came to the table correct. Our server knows her job and was on top of everything in this busy restaurant. I would have given five stars however, she was very direct and to the point. Not rude but not very friendly almost like we were annoying her that we were there but, all in all a great place.

Great restaurant! I had lunch with my family here, and the service was amazing, and the lasagna with garlic bread was amazing!

First time going to this place and I’m glad I did! I was unsure where to go for a little birthday dinner and then I found this and figured we’d give it a shot. Food was amazing! No complaints from either of us. The Waiter was super friendly and we were never wondering where he was when we needed him. A really good experience here and we would definitely return again when we’re back in the Truro area!

Have been a regular for eight years. The atmosphere is okay, and some of the servers are exceptional. Went for lunch, and a lunch menu was not offered. Ordered spaghetti since you can not screw it up. Felt sick upon leaving and wondered about the food I ate. Will skip this place next time I go to Truro, which is quite frequently. There are so few quality places to eat in town and want to skip fast food. Quality of food has gone down over the past few years A real shame.

Seated quickly. Ordered and served quickly. Ordered bbq chicken pizza. Very appetizing appearance. It's like a flat bread crust which doesn't absorb anything so topping kept falling off do to excessive bbq sauce. But other than that is was delicious. Going back to try the bugars.

Food came quickly, hot and delicious, but expensive! Portion size is a little questionable. The waitress was nice, but didn’t seem like she was having a good day.

We went to frank and Gino’s for the first time for our anniversary. The food was excellent and very hot and fresh. Our server Becky was so nice and accommodating. We highly recommend this restaurant and will be sure to be back soon for another amazing meal.

Very pleased with this restaurant. Food was tasty. Recommend the Buffalo Fingers in Thai Chili Sauce as it had nice heat. Thai Chili Chicken was also very good too. Service was friendly.

I find service to be hit or miss. The staff are very friendly but often seem overwhelmed or distracted, even when it’s not busy. The food is great and I visit almost every-time I’m in the area. Nice family restaurant and kids eat free Sunday-Wednesday!

Frank and Gino's has truly delicious lasagna and Irish coffee. The lasagna is delicious, properly spiced, has great cheese, and is really fantastically cooked. This is the kind of place where the food is good both for occasional visitors and for people who are on the road a lot and have to eat out regularly. For those who know, that is high praise indeed. Give this place a try, and you will be back regularly!

Stopped for lunch food delicious. Service great friendly attentive server. Philly cheese steak and fries excellent as were tge fish tacos and salad. No complaints lots of parking.

We had a fantastic meal. My wife struggles to get food she can eat as she is unable to eat anything too spicy. Unusually this restaurant served plain jasmine rice as an option and sauce on the side rather than smothering the meal. Unfortunately we don't live locally otherwise we would be back regularly. Would thoroughly recommend.

Food was delicious. All 4 of us ordered completely different meals and drinks. Would have taken pictures but was too good. We ordered chicken alfredo, chicken Greek salad, soup. Coconut Shrimp and sweet potatoes fries.

Great food and good portion sizes for the price. It was really busy when me and my partner went but the service was still very friendly. Highly recommend to anyone in the area. Much rather pay for this than go to a fat food chain
