I often stop by here to browse after work, but the other day I stopped by while waiting for someone else. The guy working at the register was AMAZING. I brought up how I'm looking in to getting a kitten, and he was so helpful. He gave me a little booklet for new pet owners with some coupons in it, some free samples of kitten food, and some free dog treat samples for the dogs I meet and sit. I'm dissapointed that I forgot to ask for his name. The other times I go there, the staff are welcoming and helpful too, this is just my most recent instance. 10/10, will reccomend to anyone with a pet.

As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by staff.They are very courteous and very friendly. I love their wash area and Brittiny does an awesome job on bathing your pet and her grooming.When I bring my dog in for bath and grooming he is a little sketchy around people But you walk in were Brittiny is she gets down to make your pet feel it’s ok to be here and I can leave knowing that he is in good hands. I highly recommend the store ,staff and highly recommend their grooming.A big THAN YOU 😃💖👏🏻👍🐶🐩🐕🐾🐾🌸

Good store for items for your cats and dogs, but they should not be selling fish. The company unfortunately doesn't provide this store (or any of their stores) with the proper resources and training to take care of those live animals, every one that I've seen spend over a week on the shelf is either sick or dying. Very sad...

Brittany is the best groomer I haven ever taken my dog to and the rest of the staff are always pleasant and helpful.

My family has done some of our pet friendly shopping needs at Pet Value and have always had a very good experience with staff, products, help and advice. The store is very clean and well stocked. Highly recommended for any of your pet shopping needs.

My dog hates bathes. And found theyre bathing station delightful. They supplied shampoo, conditioner and after bath spray. Also towels and a blow dryer. It cost $10 for the bath however so worth it when you dog is a 70lb husky and plays dead when its bath time

Brittany is wonderful. As is everyone in the store. They treated Oliver like a king. Pet Valu is a good place to be.

Brittany did a great job with Bax's haircut. She is fantastic with our 4 legged kids

I drove from Alberton to use the dog wash. Waste of time because the hot water heater is broken. I have no complaints about the store but I will not waste a trip again.
