I definitely recommend this jeweler for any purchases and shipments if need be... they also provided tracking number, therefore we knew when to expect the arrival, (which my ring arrived earlier than announced, and they are very fast at responding to your questions or concerns. Recently had a piece of jewelry appraised by them. Experience from start to finish was fantastic. Customer service was great with service offered in both English and French. They have a small store with a large array of nice quality jewelry for all budgets. I was given an approximative lead time of 1-2 weeks for completion of appraisal. They called me back 4 business days later and it was ready. I will definitely be considering Jagoes for any future jewelry related purchase.

BEWARE IF YOUR SELLING JEWELLERY OR GOLD. I went to the shop yesterday with a small gold ring which the guy offered me $200 after checking it over and I had a gut feeling that he probably thought I was a young kid that didn’t know anything about the rings because the price didn’t match what I had googled and researched so I didn’t take his offer and instead I went to two pawnshops in Moncton and Riverview and the first pawnshop offered me 290$ and the other one off for 325$ after testing the ring. IF YOU ARE YOUNGER OR OlDER PLEASE DON’T GO THERE. I’D FEEL SO BAD IF HE TRIED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SOMEONE ELSE. I ALSO SENT A COMPLAINT TO THE BBB.

Well, I guess it was *almost* unreasonable of me to expect anyone in the Moncton area could do something as complex as changing a watch battery on a Saturday without needing a whole week long dog and pony show! BUT... Thanks to Jagoes' Fine Jewelry for taking 3 minutes at a very reasonable price to get me in my way with a sense of time again! And they do have some incredibly fine jewelry at good prices! 10/10

The staff at Jagoes' went above and beyond to ensure that I got exactly what I was looking for, quickly, and at a great price. Denis was able to correct my error in diamond selection so the color would match, and arrange to have my product drop shipped directly to me avoiding shipping delays. Great service and excellent advise from the woman who works here very knowledgeable about all jewelry in store and what is available to order from the catalog. We have purchased 3 different items here and are extremely happy with all them. Prices are reasonable as you will get the quality that you pay for. I had brought my watch to someone just have the battery changed. He called and said he needed a special tool to get the back put back in place. I brought the watch back to Fossil where we had bought it, and they couldn't get it put back on. I walked into Jagoes ,and within 2 minutes he had the watch put back together ,without even charging me. Needless to say the next time I am going to buy some jewelery, it will be from them. Hands down great service .

Excellent service, all around : sales, custom work, and repair. I recently had clasps added to an antique bracelet for security (see picture) and it looks like they've always been there! The free polish was a nice touch too.

I took my ring set to Jagoes after the yellow gold turned pinkish and my diamond became loose. The diamond ring was my mother's and her cousin's before that so it has great sentimental value to me.
