    This McDonald’s is by my work so I go there often for convenience but I will be switching back to Tim Hortons now. Almost every morning I have to argue with them to get ice in my ice coffee - I order it with extra ice and usually when I get to the pick up window there is no ice in it. I will ask for a cup of ice and they tell me almost every time they can’t give me a cup of ice they can only give me ice water. If you put ice in my ICE coffee I wouldn’t have to ask for some on the side. Yesterday morning I ordered a BLT on a plan bagel had to park while they made it - waited roughly 10 minutes until they brought it out. I got to work and it had no mayo, no lettuce and 1 tiny tomato. They really need to work on getting the orders right and not making people park in the drive through for a bagel! They also need to get their speakers fixed I usually have to repeat my order at least twice for them to ring it in properly - thought it was just me until a co worker of mine said she has to work too.

    Extremely bad service. I was here during night time. I know it’s busy always. I wanted customize my burger but the guy denied that we don’t do that. I have worked at McDonald in past and we always let customer customize their order but he denied. Then, I had two orders one through app also. But when I went to window to pick my order he said I have to exit and drive thru again and wait in line to get another order which was just ONE small thing only. Poor service.

    I came to your store today in the morning around 1:30 am to order food. Me and my friends placed an order and realized I was missing fries and drink from my meal, my friend ordered double double and got black tea. The fries my friend ordered were completely cold, the sauce on the all of the burgers were wrong. At the end our whole order was wrong. i know it’s difficult to work at nights, but then you should be prepared or don’t open for 24hrs. Your staff named simran was showing attitude as if it was our fault that we got the order wrong, the least you can do is teach your staff what customer service is, may be she’s not the right person for that job.

    Nobody acknowlege the uber/skip drivers for 20 mints , they juss keep working and ignore all the time , not even ask the order number and give any order number , its not right they dont treat uber and skip equally like other cx

    Continually substitute items without contact or permission. I happen to hate the last muffin they substituted for the one I ordered....they do it on a regular basis. They know how hard it is to complain or get satisfaction through third party app chat bots.

    The food quality at this location is for the birds.. Last night I ordered a meal. The fries were stale and cold. The mchicken was gritty and disgusting. The bottle of water I got was good though.. Most of the food got tossed. Biggest waste of money. The time PRIOR to this when she handed me my order. I checked the fries and mentioned they felt cold. She gaslit me. Lol. She looked me in my face and said she just pulled them out of the fryer. I was like ok maybe I'm being dramatic. Drove away from the window and tried the fries. They were frigging COLD. The time before that, they forgot to put a burger in the bag and I didn't notice til I was home. Tried calling the location and they didn't answer the phone. SO I KEEP GIVING THIS LOCATION MONEY AND GETTING GARBAGE IN RETURN. I'm done with this location. Two McThumbs down.

    My first time back there in months. The place has even less seating than before. It now has a bigger waiting area in front of the cashier. It is needed as the inside service is slow. There is 3 ordering stations. During my visit, only one worked and I had to wait for 2 other people to put in their order. After I passed my order, I let the cashier know of the status of the ordering station and it was like I said nothing. Orders are slow to come in and people get "bypassed" and it creates frustration for everyone. My order was for take-out and I made the mistake not to verify my order on the spot. Missing items and wrong pop. I know my wife likes their hamburgers but, you know, when you are not even getting the right order, why even try to go there one more time. The garbage overflowed in the restaurant, wrong order, ordering stations out of service... there is no pride in this location that is one of the first McDonald in NS... sad to see...

    Received terrible service at this location this evening ordered a hot fudge Sundae and they gave me a half a cup of ice cream defiantly not the normal amount so I went back in to get it replaced and the manager argued back with me and said that it was 4 OZ clearly it wasn’t and other customers approved she was wrong. I will not return after this terrible service

    I went to McDonald's to get a hot caramel sundae. There was very little syrup on the ice cream and they gave me a wooden spoon as I realized plastic is going out of style these days. I must say that while eating the Sunday all I could taste was The Wooden Spoon and it ruined my enjoyment completely.

    Greezy McDonald's. Ordered 4 breakfast burritos this morning. All 4 were barely stuffed with anything. I told the worker who handed them to me. He didnt care. I then called to complain. Spoke with a manager who said I could get 4 replacement burritos. On the McDonald's website site their standard breakfast burritos is 114grams. The replacement burritos I recieved were all around 90 grams. Someone dealing with standards should address this. I will not be returning to this store.

    Ok...ewww? Only play place in the Dartmouth area I could find. I'm going to have to shower my kid when I get home. This place was gross. The tables weren't clean. The garbage bins were over flowing. The floor was disgusting. The outside of the building was only slightly cleaner. Makes me nervous of the food making area.

    Came here on my trip to Moncton in July just for a quick snack to eat before we hit the road again. The event was scheduled so we didn't have much time to waste. Ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches, a muffin, and 2 cookies (something like that I'm not completely sure). Waited around 45 minutes and they forgot half of the order so we had to go in and order again! Took like another 45 minutes to get the rest of the order. Thankfully the place we were heading to said we could come in later. I definitely don't recommend this place, especially if you have to be somewhere on time.

    The front staff Jaspreet very unprofessional and the service is very bad. Treating customer like trash. I am sorry to say this Usually I wont say anyone's name but this is not the first time that having issues with the front staff. Staffs please understand that the customer comes into a restaurant to buy food not to get you see your stupid talks and laugh. We pay money for the food and service , its not a free food bank. Management please train your staff well and show them how to behave.

    I came in for a bite to eat while my car was in the garage. I couldn't order from the lunch menu because it was 10:57 and lunch started at 11:00. I'm sure by the time she took my order and I paid it would have been 11:00. No more McDonald's, no more. Other places would appreciate my business.😖

    This is the McDonald’s I go to when I am back for my Christmas break. I usually have breakfast here, and more often than not it’s better than average. I’m still getting the hang of the self-order kiosks, but you can be served at the counter too. Coffee is fresh and large. They have at least one TV, the local rag (Metro or whatever it’s called now) is free, along with the Herald, and I seem to remember a false fireplace, though I usually have jet lag when I am there, so I may have imagined it. I’ll be there again when I can.

    It seems like the staffs are not familiar with their own APP. The girl was so confused when I told her my online order number. It took me 15mins to get a pop from the staffs. Also the garbage bin was totally full...tables were dirty as well.

    Went to McDonald's to enjoy one of their sundaes. Of course they had no ice cream cuz why would you have ice cream in the summertime for an advertised special on Sundaes?.

    This location falsifies their production times on orders by printing the service ticket immediately after orders are taken for counter service. Although my burger was ready in two minutes, I waited almost ten minutes as the first customer of two in the restaurant. I'm sure it could have taken longer had I not asked for my food because staff forgot they had an order up, having already printed and discarded my slip. Ironically had they just used their own system properly it would have been about a 90 second wait. Food is typically adequate; it's McDonald's.

    After being told to wait three times at the speaker to place my order for a total of twenty minutes waiting, my order was finally taken. When I drove to the window there were no cars waiting in front of me but about 7 behind me so the long wait did not make sense. I then waited another twenty minutes at the window. After receiving my food, I thanked the employee and they said nothing in return, closed the window and went back to their phone. Awful service McDonald's.

    The food was made okay, however the service was awful, they ignored us at the box to order, couldn't pay attention to get the order right once they answered, and then the girl was nasty to us at the window because she couldn't pay attention and get the order right as she was too busy scream-cackling with her co-worker. What an amazing experience at 5am.

    They are letting older kids in groups hang out in the playplace, meant for small, young children. These older kids are bullying younger kids, asking them to fight while trying to film it. They need to enforce the rules posted outside of their playplace or lock the room. It's unsafe.

    Arrived at lunch time and ordered 1/4 Pounder hamburger. Was prepared and charged for a 1/4 Pounder with Cheese. We were never asked if we were staying or there or if the order was take-out. As our food was bagged, which suggesting we should take our order and leave, we sat down to eat. Damaged and inoperative self serve kiosks, booths with missing tables and mismatched chairs further suggested we should have left and eaten elsewhere. While the food tastes as it always has, in the future I would be more likely to order from drive through than go inside and sit down to eat. On a slightly positive note, at least there was an a actual person behind the sole cash register at the counter, alas they were less than enthusiastic to be there (not rude, but she obviously had a desire to be someplace else). I blame management and corporate for not investing in an environment that invites people to stay and enjoy their meal nor inspire their employees to provide a pleasant experience the customers should hope to expect.

    Normally okay experience, keyword okay. But today i had an offer code for a discount on the app and i had it selected for it to have been paid through the app too. I told them the code and they didnt say anything so I thought okay it must be fine. I go straight to the window to get my order and they said i didnt pay for it. Turns out that I paid full price for what should've been a discount. So she didnt put in my code properly or didnt really hear it and just acted like it was fine.

    Thank you for the delicious combos! I come by later at night around 1am sometimes after work and have been served fresh food quickly whoever is working backshift does an awesome job! I’d come here over Portland st anyday

    I mean, it’s a drive thru - when they get your order correct, you get McDonald’s. And they get it right more times then they don’t. They all seem to be doing their best inside, but this particular drive thru isn’t known for being speedy so expect to wait if there’s a line up or go elsewhere.

    first off the food sucked, there was hair in my chicken nuggets, and they forgot the burger in my brothers burger, there was only the bun and cheese, the serviced sucked, they made me pull over to the side and wait for the food when there was no one behind me, after they let 4 cars through giving all of them there food before they gave me mine. The outside of the place and the inside was very dirty, i will not be coming back here.

    This location's service is unbelievable!! Hubby and I went through the drive thru last night with a simple order, the guy denied to add a meal of pop and fries to double cheeseburgers. After trying to explain our order for close to 5 minutes, we just left the drive thru and went to DQ! I'm sorry, but by the comments I'm seeing, and our personal interactions, this location should just close, or at least try to hire more competent staffing 🤷🏻‍♀️

    That is my experience, the place was dirty, I felt disgusting to stay there. Garbage 🗑 was filled, tables were not clean , papers and garbages on the floor. It is obvious, the no one is taking care. Sorry that is my experience on December 02 @22:00 check your cameras 📷

    I like the folks. Not just at Mc Donald's but throughout as far as my fast food requirements go down at Sobey's plaza and surrounding area. I can't trust white folks to handle my food. Probably a lot of ya out there can't either. These people are doing their job and they are happy to have one in Canada
