I may be jumping the gun on my review since we haven't slept in the bed, used the in room hot tub, shower, or breakfast but the young lady working the desk was very sweet and helpful. The room is huge by large with a wet bar, separate living room with its own TV, mini fridge, microwave, etc... There is also an indoor pool and hot tub that are OPEN & WORKING!! They're is also a gym & game room and a pinball machine!! As of now... I LOVE this hotel!! I think this is going to be hard to beat and we stay at a LOT of hotels!! Too bad I couldn't be a hotel secret shopper!! :-) As of now, I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel!!

Stayed a night here with my boyfriend and dog, rooms were great in size with couch, bathrooms are a bit small but very nice regardless. Breakfast was good, had some biscuits and gravy and some cut up sausage.. Pool and hot tub was amazing, close to the interstate and Grand Island but not too close, it was definitely quiet and nice, would stay here again

might never stay at another choice hotel again. There is an event in the town I am staying in, but I am not attending the event. I'm in town visiting a dying relative and had to pay over $200.00 For one night. This place generally books out for under 100 per night. I've stayed in much nicer hotels for the same amount or less. We're in the middle of Nebraska and choice hotel is taking advantage of people for sure. My room wasn't even clean and I had to haul all my kids back downstairs to get another room. To add to that, there is literally a parking lot party with loud music happening right outside my window. It's 11pm.Generally I wouldn't care about that but I have three kids!

Stayed a single night in Hastings Quality Inn in June 2023. Pleasant stay. Hotel well kept up. Rooms and pool were clean. Only drawback is there is NO elevator. You have to carry your luggage up to the 2nd floor. Breakfast was good and menu rotates daily but they always have the favorites (eggs, English muffins, bagels, cereal, juice, etc.)

Nice hotel. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. The breakfast was incredible. Easily the best hotel breakfast I have had in at least the last 10 years. Due to the way we were traveling, I didn't make reservations online ahead of time, so the walk-in price was higher than I was expecting. I hemmed and hawed and she brought the price down to a pretty reasonable level. I would stay here again.

Nice comfy room. Great breakfast. Only negative - a big negative - is that we reported a problem with our door twice and nothing was done about it. If not slammed, the door would not close all the way. Rm 217

Booked 3 rooms for 3 nights! (not cheap around $1700 ! ) All was well until the last night! 6-17-23 The fire alarm was set off 3 or 4 times by a smoke machine at a party being held there. There were kids of ALL ages running around the ENTIRE hotel unattended!!! Up and down the elevator up and down the halls. Two of the workers at the front desk had different reasons why it went off the first time! (Also, RUDE to a few guest) The fire department came and gave the all clear and the party was allowed to continue only to set the alarm off again!! Myself and I know one other family had smaller children that had meltdowns from being scared of the alarm going off! No discount or refund was offered! Only a sorry “we shut the party down” NOTHING ELSE WE CAN DO,because the manager is off !!

Pleased to share that, after my now second stay at this hotel, it seems to be consistent in providing clean, comfortable, spacious, well-appointed accommodations. Despite being near the front entrance/pool/elevator during a busy weekend, myroom was surprisingly quiet, and the pool and hot tub were a great way to relax and unwind after a long day. Also as before, the buffet-style breakfast was very good with ample area for seating. I would happily stay here again.

Very nice! Had some issues with keycard, was assisted very thoughtfully and nicely by Pam. Bathrooms were a little dusty, but that’s much better than other places I’ve stayed recently. Access to microwave, tv, and mini fridge. Excellently compact with still enough space to move freely. Microwave/easy food is available at front desk which was nice to save some money.

This is a nice clean older hotel. I stayed here on business and was happy. Room was clean, smelled nice, and comfortable with a sofa. There is semi parking by the gas station that is owned by the hotel. Hot breakfast buffet was excellent! I would stay here again.

For the price this hotel is really great. Everything in our room seemed clean and well taken care of. The front desk staff was friendly and the hot breakfast was well prepared and had multiple different options. The pet fee is reasonable and parking lot is well lit.

Staff is friendly or at least the few I met. The room was fair. Bathroom was filthy under counter and around the tub/shower. For me the stool seemed to small. Have to do #1 before #2. They need to clean better. If any part of the room is dirty, it causes me to wonder how much of the rest is filthy as well. It looks new outside but I think some room updates are in order. The pool looked dingy not sparkling. The hot tub had a lot of foam and it was leaving scud on people that were using it. I did not use either. I do own a pool I take care of. A little clarifier would help after shock. So for me it gets 3 stars. Sorry! If the attached cafe was by itself it would get 4 to 5 stars.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The king bed was very comfortable and clean. The TV was large and had lots of channels. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. The breakfast had hot items along with cereal, fruit and yogurt. We really enjoyed this hotel right off the hwy.

Very old hotel and smelled like cigarettes in the room even though it was a non-smoking room. Bathroom toilet outdated and broken tiles in the bathroom. Beds were somewhat comfortable. Only one elevator in the hotel but plenty of stairs throughout. Friendly service and the breakfast was delicious! One thing we found funny was at check in we were given two green strips of paper that informed us of the free Continental breakfast in there restaurant (that is no longer a restaurant). There was nothing that specified on the paper that we were to bring it in order to have breakfast. When we arrived at the restaurant there was a small table with a fishbowl that said we must put the the paper in order to have breakfast! Luckily, I had put them in my wallet. However, I think we would have been okay if we had forgot them because there was no staff monitoring who was coming and going.

Best pancakes served by a hotel. Clean, quiet and comfortable. My Husband and I stayed in one of their king suites on 9 9 22. By two tubs it turns out they mean a regular tub and a room of mirrors with a very large hot tub with ample room for two people. Counter people were very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

I went through the website for my reservations and thought it was all taken care of! Then it was all wrong the rate was 39$ more then I paid for and then they wanted another 100$ deposit! The guy at the desk was rude and ill never go back to that place again! Bad customer service for sure

The guy that checked us in at the front desk was very distracted. I had to ask about how to get to the room, breakfast, the pool, all those sorts of things. My room was about average. There was carpeting on the floor. Beds a little bit harder than than I like. The pool and hot tub we're fine. Breakfast was kind of a buffet style. The usual: eggs biscuits and gravy, cereal Juice, coffee,. I would stay here again if I had to.

Hot water is quick to get hot, I think they installed pure water system that make me feel my skin moisturized and my hair not so dry after shampoo. Heat and phone inside the bathroom are convenient. Great non smoking and disability room.

I love staying here. It truly is one of my favorite hotels and have stayed here often. The staff are helpful and accommodating, it is spacious and clean, easy access, comfy rooms, good breakfast. The pool area is really nice, too. Even though the pool itself is a touch cold for my preference, the hot tub helps make up for that. Just a really nice place overall. A home away from home.
