Oh, where do I even begin with my experience at Panda Express in Hallandale Beach? It was like a comedy show, but not in a good way! First of all, the line to place an order was so long that I'm pretty sure I aged a few years just waiting in it. I mean, I thought I had stumbled into a panda-themed amusement park ride. Maybe they should consider handing out FastPasses for this line! And then there's the service – oh boy! It was slower than a sloth on a Sunday stroll. I had enough time to contemplate the meaning of life, learn a new language, and write a novel while waiting for my orange chicken. Now, let's talk about the food. You know that unmistakable aroma of freshly cooked, authentic Chinese cuisine? Well, you won't find it here. Instead, it smelled more like a chemistry lab with a hint of something fried. I half-expected the fortune cookie to contain a message that said, "You'll need a hazmat suit after this meal." In conclusion, if you're looking for a place to test your patience, ponder the mysteries of the universe, and enjoy the delightful scent of chemical-laden "Chinese" food, Panda Express in Hallandale Beach is the place for you. I was excited to try out our new Panda Express in Hallandale Beach, however, it was probably the worst Panda Express I've shopped at. My food was cold and the portions were not acceptable. Also, my chicken teriyaki had the appearance as though it wasn't fully cooked and had been sitting out all day. For some reason, the cashier at the drive thru window also held onto my card for a long period of time instead of handing it right back while he did other tasks. This made me uncomfortable. I probably won't be back.

Was super excited for this to open in Hallandale but such a disappointment. The portion sizes are super small and not worth what you pay for. The fried rice barely has any egg pieces in it. The scoop they give you is barely a moderate size. The food also stays a while out in the open where it grows stale and isn’t updated until someone eats it all. Such a let down

I ordered food twice from this place and both times the gave me orange chicken twice instead of chicken with string beans + orange chicken. I also went to the drive thru. The person who was taking my order asked me 5 times what was my order. I understand if they are busy, I don’t mind to repeat three times if necessary. Nonetheless, I was the person at the drive thru. I like Panda Express but I rather go to the one in North Miami than this Panda in Hallandale- thank you!

Went to try this food went through the drive through first and the lady didn't understand what we were asking for. When we told her three times what we wanted. Got so frustrated we eneded up going inside. When inside there is no sign to tell you where the line starts to order. The employees dont even greet you. Now onto the food. For the price they charge I expect at least to have tasted salt on the food. The rice is so bland, the chicken teriyaki didn't even taste like teriyaki. They leave the chicken sitting in a water sauce they call teriyaki. The chili shrimp tasted subpar. Needless to say nothing had flavor. The employees do not know what comes with the platters either. They definitely need training and a new cook.

Waited almost 1h for my order, half of food were cold. I have been told at drive thru that I should wait for 5-10min. I haven't seen before fast food to be maded so long
