It's nice to have a big Park right next to the beach. there's a volleyball court, benches to sit on and have lunch, small playground for kids, and a nice small cafeteria that's open in the morning hours.

Sunrise yoga @ 7:30 AM on MWF has been fantastic! Tues & Thursday Bootcamps are challenging but worth the effort. Great instructions from Lotus Lab Yoga! :)

This is one of clean beach park on south beach. This is on collins avenue and paid parking which will be available most of the times. The park has restrooms and small cafe as well. Has a children playground, volleyball court. It also connects to the clean beach on the backside. You can enjoy your day out here as beach won’t be crowded and it’s clean. This is on between hotels and apartments so it’s safe. Must visit if you are this side of Miami Beach.

This parking lot is not safe. They're parking meters they don't work properly and also they want you to download an app that only are going to use one time......

Perfect family friendly area for a day on the beach with kids. Playground area is very clean and great for kids as small as 1 and older. Food stands, clean bathrooms and showers. Beach is clean and has a lifeguard on duty.

Really great place. The beach is usually awesome, except during the times when all of the kelp washes ashore. But that is nature. This park was really nice and the parking was not too expensive.

Nice little park at the beach. It seems to stay busy just about all day. If you're looking for a place to take a break from the beach this is it. Some picnic tables are available and restrooms & showers. I would recommend

Great environment/kids friendly but the parking app is awful It took more than 30mins and several attempts to finally complete the process. The site is really bad

I really LOVE this beach, is very good for family time! Is good for old people also because an area will be covered by the buildings in the afternoon.

I would highly recommend South City Beach Park to anyone looking for a great outdoor spot in Miami. The park offers breathtaking views of the ocean and is perfect for a relaxing day out with family and friends.

Nice location, short walk to the beach. No dogs allowed on beach. It was late in the afternoon and the water was warm. Play area for kids.

This is the best beach I went to so far in Broward County besides Hallandale Beach ⛱ . It feels like a private island.. Just make sure you pay your parking fee because parking enforcement will be there... and follow all the rules..

Loved the beach. Plenty of parking. Average beach crowd is nice and calmed. Showers very convenient. Playground very good. The Cafe Cita was very convenient. Rest rooms were not great at all but average for a public place

Came to see the sunrise. Parking is not free obviously. But very close by. Literally next to the shore. On weekends it gets full very quickly. I have not seen people renting umbrellas and towels. Bring your own.

This is a beautiful beach! BUT watch out for parking!! Forget it if you want to be on the beach for the sunset. The rudest policeman will close the gate and give you a parking citation as soon as the sunset time passes. That day, the sunset was at 7:34pm and I got a ticket not even 10 minutes later. The sky was a bright beautiful pink and there were at least 10-15 cars in the lot. But the policeman was happy to tell us that the gate close at 7:34 and we should thank him for not having our car towed cause there were to many of them... I received the ticket by mail and went to the court to pay the citation and even the clerk suggested me to contest it since it was only a few minutes between the sunset and the ticket. I don't know who I need to contact to say that it is a bit abused. Go to any beach in Palm Beach county and you will never have that problem. It was my first and last time. Avoid if you have a car.

Excellent place for kids and families. The parking lot is close to everything (playground, bathroom, beach) Super clean and new. Bathroom were just two or three but clean. There’s a diaper changing inside Women’s bathroom. It also has a little store with a lot of variety of food, snacks and beverages. Playground is for small kids under 10 or so. Access to beach is super easy, specially when you carry a lot of things, and the beach it’s beautiful. They have a lifesaver on site.
