That's really the first clinic where everyone is nice, polite and on time! You're greeted when you arrive, not like most of the other clinic where they hardly look at you, or lift their head to see if you signed in. CLSC has a great team!

Dr Rawner is amazing and very thorough I always refer him as an outstanding primary care Dr. His diagnosis is very keen and certain. Also Nathalie in the front desk is very special

I love how Dr. Rawner took it's time to listen and was extremely detailed to everything he was doing or was going to do during my exam. The staff at the front are all engaging and professional and the lady that took my vitals was also very compassionate and nurturing. Thank you all! Dr. Tatiana is very professional and caring, explains everything and pays attention to every word you say and always greets you with a smile. I’m really happy I found this doctor here in South Florida, because everyone I’ve seen before performed much less knowledge and care. I only give 5* because of her, office staff is nice but usually too busy to answer the phone calls, so sometimes you have to wait 10-15 minutes on hold. Other than that no complaints

Once again this company is so fustrating. On the website it had an appointment for 345 I took it. I called and they said they cancelled because they close at 4 ..so then why have that time..??? no one told me no one called me. This place is so unorganized .

The CLSC is simple the Best clinic in South Florida. The personal is super efficient and friendly. My Doctor is unique!

This place with the exception of Dr. Ticona is horrible. No one answers the phone. You have to go in person for anything and everything you need. They continuously lose your labs and make you redo them. I would love to stay because I do like the doctor. Unfortunately I will be leaving this office because they are completely incompetent.

Best doctor visit to date. I've been really worried about my recent decline in health. Dr Leon Rawner really cares about his patients. He's gone above and beyond to help me find out my diagnosis. He seems to be on the Spectrum. In the genius kind of way. The office ladies are all so sweet and caring. Kathleen did my blood work. I swear she's an Angel. I didn't feel a thing. The place is a little hard to find your first visit. I suggest you find this little slice of heaven.

Disappointing Experience overall. My recent visits too CLSC were frustrating. Appointments were mishandled twice, and during my one consultation, the doctor seemed disinterested and provided no treatment or follow-up plan. This administrative incompetence resulted in undue stress and wasted time. Also, lack of empathy from the medical staff raises serious concerns about their commitment to patient well-being. I don’t recommend this place.

I have been going to CLSC for about 5 years. Everyone is great. Appreciate the level of service provided. Highly recommended.

My doctor is a good doctor but the clinic and some of their practices and billing are very sketchy beware! Long story short they had a doctor I don’t even know and doesn’t even practice at the office I use randomly call me. Did not identify herself as a doctor and acted like Dr Rawner wanted to review my meds! I thought it was strange because my doctor reviewed my meds a few months before. Well she asked me a few questions and billed my insurance over $262 of which I had a $30 copayment. After a long back and forth they agreed I did not have a tela-visit and said I didn’t not need to pay the copayment. I wanted them to return the money they collected from my insurance company too as it was totally insurance fraud. I informed my insurance company and they have been trying to reach the billing manager and she refuses to even call them back. Be careful, I guess when they need some extra money they make random phone calls and bill as a tela-visit and bill your insurance. I will not go back because of their unethical billing practices!

I’m happy to be a new patient of Dr. Estrada and the nursing staff is very friendly and helpful. The office is run very efficiently and my wait time is usually minimal being that I get the early appointments in the morning. The only problem I do have is that it’s really hard to get some one on the phone regarding appointments and prescriptions. Dr. Estrada is very thorough and genuinely cares about her patients and their well being. She is also friendly, comfortable to talk to, and takes the time to listen and answer questions. I’ve seen her twice already and both times have been a great experience.

I like my doctor Leon Rawner, but the front desk on the office the worst, they hang up phone on you and very rude. I called at first time and they just heard my name and hang up the phone, secondly they ask my name , date of birth and them hang up on me. I cannot image why they hire people like that( they never called me back . I’m just a patient who comes one a year for my check up, this is crazy to be so rude and unprofessional!

Today I went with my husband, sick with cancer, to the Hallandale Beach clinic and I was badly treated by Miss Luz, who had a arrogant and rude behavior without caring about my concern, she did not try to help me, on the contrary, I try to get rid of her answers. the clinic I hope that the directory, the clinic where I have placed my trust for 20 years to take care of the health of my whole family, considers hiring employees who really treat us with respect and help us instead of minimizing us as patients, we are really feeling very bad every time we attend the administration part of the office

This place is amazing! I have been going here for a few years! It wasn’t always easy but who/where doesn’t have there quirks?! 🤷🏻‍♀️ I started seeing Leon Rawner, vey different but kool dude! Then I got lucky from unfortunately getting sick a couple years ago and found Joel Estrada! That woman has been so nurturing and very understanding! Then there is George! She is an absolute sweetheart and has been so helpful over the last couple years. Definitely recommend this facility!

The office is very neat and front desk are very attentive and friendly. But… there is s huge problem, an old lady with gray hair is super unprofessional, I have no idea what she is doing there and I doubt her MA status/speciality. She is very mean to all no matter if you are a patient or a coworker there not to mention that she thinks she is a manager over there (I doubt she is as she is just MA). I would fire her immediately if I could. Very bad manners, not acting professionally, horrible after all.

Most stupid clinic I’ve been, in terms of document management.. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. they lost many of our documents which we signed on our first appointment, which is why they forced us to comeback thousand times to sign everything back. Which took our observations to be completed in 3weeks. Not couple of days which they told us, at first occasion.

This place is great. People who work at the front desk are nice and polite. The doctor who I saw is Joelle Estrada. She is caring, professional and really nice. She took her time to listen to me and explained me everything. I will definitely go there again.

My only qualification is for Leo Grass, who is the most valuable that the clinic has, for many months no one has answered the phone, it is frustrating for us, the whole family has been attending us for more than 15 years, we feel neglected and abandoned, they only answer if we have to pay a bill, talk to the manager Angelica and she says that they cannot do anything since it is the responsibility of the owners. So I think that the best way is to send our complaint by writing a letter to the board so that they can help us solve the problems you have the office in its attention to patients.

Doctor Joelle Estrada is a concerned and very profession doctor,who genuinely cares for her patients. Along with her medical efficiency,she has an extremely friendly demeanor which makes each visit a pleasurable experience.I look forward to my appointments at her office.
