Shop assistant Maria in changing room is disgusting lady, barking like dog. In general, shop assortment is very good. But, very bad first impression of the whole shop, because of Maria, never want to come back.

The cashier was sour. I kindly asked her how much some stockings cost because they didn't have the label and she treated me super rude. In addition to everything, I had not finished paying yet and he told me to move your car and call the next one and I had not even put my card in. she was so rude they really should hire better customer service.

Horrible experience due to the workers. The cashier, Mary Dianne, had an awful attitude with us, treated us horribly, as well as the other cashier that was helping her but she didn’t have her name tag on. I would never come back to this place unless you like being mistreated.

A great variety of dresses with low prices. Unfortunately staff is so careless and rude. A girl who is in charge of changing room was so offensive. I was having a great time until I met her.

Terrible service and terrible experience in this place. I think they should give some customer service and education classes. This lady not only spoke to me in a bad way, she also threw my purchases at another cashier because she no longer wanted to attend me, when I demanded his attitude and that he should at least say good afternoon .

Cheap clothes. Air con non existent, nearly melted in there. Toilets 🚻 available. Fitting rooms too. I found 4 fabulous summer dresses 👗 😍. Some irate customers voicing there anger 😠 😡 that 6 staff where standing around and only one checkout available. Lots if bargains to be discovered if you feeling brave enough. 🤣

The store opens until midnight Fridays. We went Ross to get swimming trunks because Walmart (less than half a mile) from the beach didn't have any for boys. I agree with the other reviewer that Ross is the same all over U.S.A., but I was surprised that the ONLY cashier was very fast and pleasant. She smiled and made line go faster. Ross needs to hire more quick, effective, and friendly people like the young cashier that took care of us.

Incredible! We as a customers must do a long line in order to pay our purchase! So this means that Ross doesn't have budget for more cashiers? 10 people with my stuffs and only one cashier ( because the the second person was helping her instead work as a cashier. It looks no manager because there is no people. How can be like. This store!

Chris is the most friendly and helpful sales associate I have ever had the pleasure of encountering in a Ross store or any other discount store for that matter. While shopping at the Hallandale location this evening, he was beyond helpful, courteous and really went out of his way to assist us and everyone around us. I watched him interact with multiple customers and he was always so pleasant and willing to help even if they were being difficult or were not returning the friendliness. I had my headphones in listening to a podcast while shopping and lost track of time, I also did not hear the announcement of closing. I was so embarrassed but also very disappointed I had several items I wanted but I was not going to hold them up from going home any longer. He gladly put them aside for me and I will be there first thing in the morning to purchase them. I think he is an amazing asset to the company and definitely deserves a promotion or a raise (or both) 😉

The Ross is Ross across the country so nothing special there but it was the only store which was open until 9 pm on Christmas Eve which was really appreciated. Thanks to all the associates!!

Great discount price store where you can find brand name clothes cheaper than a regular store. Don’t forget senior day every Tuesday, you’ll get 10% off the price tag. The only thing negative is the cashier service, which is turtle slow. I’m sure there are ways to substantially improve checkout service with little effort.

I was there today making a purchase. The line was very long. The cashier and manager were dragging there feet, taking life easy. A young cashier name Khushi was working like a super hero,doing both returns and cashier. At times taking 2 customers at a time. Khushi gets 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟. I recommend making her the manager. Keep up the good work Khushi.

Very well priced but not enough cashiers and certain items like belts were limited a lot. Good prices from what I could tell.

A great place to find brand name products at a great price. grand selection of shoes, shirts, pants, etc. some isles were messy, but nonetheless the place was great.

Store needs better management. Line has approximately 30 people waiting to be checked out & only 2 registers are open.

Ross is awesome In general. Not quite the dollar store, a fair cut above from that. They have known brands at fractions of factory cost. Highly recommended.
