    Our next family adventure take us to Crate & Barrel located at Golfstream village, Aventura one of the favorite store of my wife. Crate & Barrel offer all you need at home for remodeled your patio, room and others spaces of your home, the best quality and the best price you founded here. Every time we going inside of this store feel like you scape from the noisy city a relaxed music and aromatizing smell that you feel when you enter that disconnects you from everything. High recommend place everything organized and ready to founded.

    It is always a pleasure to visit this store! I had a really great experience with the help of Gaby and Peggy. Everything that I bought was just perfect for my house. I showed Gaby pictures of my space and she advised what would work the best! I am very pleased with my purchase. Now my space looks amazing!

    I recieved 4 times faulty product. This happened in 1 year. I paid 1 year ago and still I didnt recieve the items. This store and company makes your psychology sick. And for every their fault you need to spend min 1hour with their CS. And they never look to solve the problem .They try to add more problems. If u want trouble shop from them .It's very clear.

    I came here to buy decoration for my house, this place is so amazing, organized, excellent costumer service, friendly, big store and very classy, I bought my table cotton napkins, run table , napkin holder. Love this place !!

    Large store with variety of selections. Cannot purchase any floor models, no stock furniture. The staff is kind and attentive. Romi is extra helpful and helped bring my purchases to my car. She also went out of her way to help throughout!

    A girl named Jennifer helped me today and made my experience at Crate and Barrel amazing! She is very helpful and personable. I shop a lot and have not received service like this in a long time.

    I’d like to make every customer aware of the kind of shady business you’ll be walking into at this store. About 3 weeks ago I went into this store to purchase 6 metal dinning table chairs. The salesman let me know that the chairs were not in stock but I decided to order them anyway and pick them up when available. I paid half of the balance up front on my debit card and I would pay the remaining balance when the chairs were picked up by me with a credit card. We agreed to these terms and I left. But for some unexplained reason, the store decided to charge my debit card 2 times in the coming days/weeks without my authorization and even receiving the chairs or any type of notification that they had arrived, which they didn’t. I went to the store personally and no one at the store could give me an explanation to why my card was charged and I decided to cancel my order even though the chairs were exactly the ones I needed. What a let down!

    I placed an online order for 7 or 8 items since Feb 15, and some items where on back order. Twice before I received an email and went to pick up items that had arrived from this order with no issues. A few days ago I received a new email to come pick up the remaining items from the order. I went today and they could not find the items or figure out what was wrong. My 90 year old mom and I stood around for about 30 minutes while they kept checking, but with very little communication or explanation to us. I had to ask several times what was wrong, and each time I was told that it was because I ordered it since Feb and never picked it up, as though the difficulty was blamed on me. I had to inform them the order had been on back order and I had already been there twice recently picking up other items that had arrived and just received a notification these other items from my order were now in. They never found it or gave me any good explanation and finally I told them to cancel and refund my credit card. It was bad enough that I waited since Feb for these simple items, and there was obviously some mix up or confusion regarding the item coming in, but the part the really bothered us was that the clerks just didn't seem to care about the order or about communicating with us.

    The Crate and Barrel in Gulfstream Park is big yet the customer service is horrible. One of the sales associate was just plain rude. I went up to one of them to check the size of a lantern and was dismissed. The same thing happened to another customer and the lady without looking dismissed the customer without looking at him. I asked another sales associate for an unopened black lantern in a box and they gave me a silver one when I specifically ask for black. Horrible experience!!!

    I’m here just trying to pick up an online order . They are either short staffed, inefficient or I’m invisible . One is on the phone for the longest and the other at the register just is taking for ever , walked away and I’m still waiting . Picking up an online order shouldn’t be a his much of a hassle

    Truckers with 53ft. trailers: I-95 to exit 18, go East and stay in the right lane. T/R onto US1 South. Pass Seabiscuit Trail and then T/L onto Breeze Way. The Crate & Barrel dock is on your right so after the median shrubbery, T/L over the rounded median curb and nose into the one way driveway near Pottery Barn. Get your rear end situated properly and back across the median to the store side of the divider wall. Back to the yellow poles, then roll ahead a couple inches so the outdoor dock/plate can travel up and down. Yes, there is enough room that your truck won't be sticking out if you're early. In fact, early might be the best time to come. I arrived a little after 0600 and didn't have to deal with any traffic while backing in. And it looks like there's room to open the trailer doors after you backed in.

    I like this brand for the happy colors of and modern design. It doesn’t disappoint! They went beyond to help me find what I needed. However the store was a bit gloomy, it needed some nice music or smell, maybe, or a more welcoming and warm experience. Otherwise, better to shop online.

    Terrible buying experience in this store, the manager and the People Who i had yo talk with didnt care at all About me, knowing that the mistake was created by crate and berrel It was My worse experience in My life buying a product, spent 4 hours in the phone all Day leaving me on the phone for many minutes without answer and hanging UP the phone I am Very disapointed with a brandt like crate & barrel that supose to be very good place yo buy

    Beautiful furniture if you don’t mind waiting. Ordered in November and each month another delay! Now waiting 6 months! No one in customer service to help. Ridiculous. .

    This has been the worst experience with an order we've ever had. We made an in store purchase on April, the sales associate told us that 2 of the items were ready for delivery and the other 6 were going to take 2 to 3 months as much, and we accepted it as a reasonable time due to the chain supply disruptions, and because we liked the items (dining chairs) so much. On May 6th we received the 2 promised items, but one of them was incomplete (just received one of two boxes) no matter that it appeared at the online inventory as available. Since then, today is Nov 23rd, the items have been contantly delayed, and the worst situation was today, when after making a hard claim on them, and a promised delivery for today too, it was canceled during the night and notified early in the morning via email. It's 6 months now, with the purchase charge already in our credit card and payments being made since the beginning. They have fooled us several times and yet, nothing. Only apology after apology but with no one wanting to really solve the issue. Crate& Barrel? Never again. Update added on Dec 5th 2022 after your reply to my review: FYI, before leaving this review, I had already contacted twice the store, 5 times the customer service chat and once the customer service phone assistance, so telling me to contact you is useless as the experience shows. Also after leaving this review, the delivery date has already been postponed THREE MORE TIMES (one today). This is getting worse as time passes by and nobody in your company seems to be able to solve it. Second update added on Dec 5th 2022 after your reply to my review: Today was going to pay the C&B credit card used for this purchase only to realize that after being offered a 12 to 24 months interest free purchase, I was already charged the interests only after 6 months of the purchase. How is it possible that EVERYTHING in this purchase can go so bad? How incompetent can a company be in order to mess everything related to a single and simple furniture purchase? This is going to be exposed all around social media until I gather attention from everyone that I can reach. I have been laughed at my face with this transaction, harmed personally, financially and morally due to the blatant incompetence from C&B. Update added on Dec 12th 2022: The order has been delayed again today, now to early January next year. No solutions have been offered, no exact dates for the full delivery of the order, no promotion has been credited yet to our account and the wrongly charged interest money still appears in our C&B credit card. It's incredible that after all we have been going through with this order, it still has a margin to get worse and worse. Update added on Dec 15th 2022: Nothing has happened since the last update, other than a simple answer from C&B asking for more time. Customer service is unable yet to solve the mess that they have caused with this order. Missing delivery dates, credit card interest overcharge, delivery costs reduction promises broken and yet not a single word of a delivery date for the items, 9 months after the purchase. Update added on Dec 19th 2022: Once again the order has been delayed, now to mid January, and no answer in the horizon from C&B. A new issue appeared with the credit card charges for this order with a complete mess caused with a double charge on a delivery fee and the wrongly charged interest rates before the offered date. The mess goes on and on. Update added on jan 5th 2023: After finally managing to get a call from a supervisor, as expected, everything keeps the same. The only improvement was obtained by myself after placing a claim with Synchrony Bank regarding the wrongly and prematurely charged interest to the credit card. A missing piece from a piece of furniture was delivered, but still 6 chairs are missing with no answer from C&B. The supervisor tried to contact us on Christmas Eve, and we didn't take the call because we considered that it's highly inappropriate choosing a Holiday to make a call that has been expected from 9 months.

    We had signed up for the wedding registry event on 11/5 at 9am and when we arrived, the person in the store pretended she didn’t see us and quickly walked away. We were very surprised by this and were not able to complete our wedding registry like we had hoped.

    I showed up at the delivery door today because my box of returns was too heavy to carry through the parking lot. A very kind, helpful young man whisked away my box and led me through the store to Ivan who rapidly took care of my return, then provided much needed help and advice in selecting the serving items I needed. Thanks to these two team members, my shopping experience today was such a pleasant one!
