My low rating is for the policy of this place, because the food was great and drinks were amazing. Came here for a girls night. Made my reservation online and received a confirmation with my total and my required deposit. When I go check in I get told a different price. The employee explains to me an 18% gratuity is already added to the room. I was like oh cool so when we order food we don't need to tip he tells me no you do need to still tip for food, this was really weird as I didn't understand. I asked him what is being done in the room that I need to pay gratuity like who am I paying that too if no ones there. He stated that was just their policy. So with that being said the total pp for 2 hours with gratuity just for the room is $33. The wording should be changed to service or additional fee charges. 🤔 Just a thought. Overall I had a really great time, we got upgraded because 2 mics in our room was not working and allowed additional time lost as they tried to fix it before being moved.

I went here to celebrate my friend’s birthday last night and we had an awesome time! Eric was wonderful. He took such good care of us, and he was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The manager Noelia was so warm and kind from the moment we first met her at the front, and she took care of us as well. Excellent customer service overall and just a fun concept and experience. Highly recommend!

First the environment nothing but awesome vibes. As soon as we entered, we was greeted by the hostess Lexi. She was very respectful and helpful. I did not notice I reserved my event for the wrong date. She found a way to make sure we were still able to have our event and enjoy it. Thankful to her and the rest of the staff for helping me celebrate my moms birthday. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

We had a BLAST!!! Your own private room! You can plug your phone in our use their system for song selection. The nachos, fish tacos and chicken wings were great! The strawberry margarita was excellent. Karaoke is so much fun when you’re drunk! Must GO!!!

This establishment gets 5 ⭐️'s across the board!!! The decor... the food... the privacy... the drinks... the fabulous wait staff... the service... the clean restrooms...AND HONEY, I dare not mention the FUNOSITY (yes I made that up) to be had!!!! This is something that every South Florida resident should explore. This goes down as one of my most memorable experiences this year. Don't listen to me...EXPERIENCE IT FOR YOURSELF!

This place is amazing !!! There are not enough words. I wish I got the name of everyone who served us last night but they were incredible. They were so accommodating, they let us push our time back a hour when we were running late, we made a last minute reservation for my brothers birthday, and we were so happy we did. The music was great, the room was awesome and you can’t hear anything from inside the room . We really got lost in our own world, our server made sure to check on us helped us figure everything out. The food was great, the drinks were flowing. We didn’t want to leave haha we had to add another hour because two hours just wasn’t enough for us ! Book . You won’t regret it

My man and I during the rain, so glad we came. Very friendly staff. The sliders were fire and the BBQ chicken flatbread was incredible. Definitely recommended to let loose and enjoy in one of the rooms. The drinks are well made and facility is clean and the sound is amazing. Lots of great songs to choose from! We had an amazing time. Make sure to ask for Lexi at the door! She set us up NICE!

Luis was a great bartender and was extremely helpful. He had a great attitude and made me want to come back. Max was also very attentive and came to check on us at the room multiple times.

Charlie was an amazing server, very attentive and brings great energy! Will definitely come back!! Celebrate my birthday here and it was the best time ever

Luis made it such a wonderful experience! His customer service skills was phenomenal ! And the drinks were AMAZING! My friends and I came to celebrate a birthday and have a good time and with his personality and professionalism we were able to do just that! We will definitely be back. And I highly recommend this spot. A big shout to their employee Luis! Continue to be great!

We just hosted our holiday party at PlugIN Hallandale and it was amazing! Shani and her team made everyone feel special and welcome. Joel, Isaac and DJ/MC Devon were a big part of making the party unique. Thanks to all!

What an amazing time here at PlugIN Karaoke!! We celebrated my friend’s birthday and had plenty of fun with the song selection, amazing food, and super unique cocktails (I have a sweet tooth so I love the Key Lime Pie Martini). Our host, Charlie, was super attentive and made sure we were keeping our energy up throughout the night. Will definitely be coming back!

Amazing place! it was my best friends first time here, she absolutely loved it! Third time for me, and as always, an absolute blast. Great service from Charlie, he made the experience 10 times better!

Celebrated a bday here! Super fun, good food and had a big enough room for 20 people. Only downfalls are the constant technical difficulties with the ipad and limited music selection! If they fix those issues then it’s a 5/5

Charlie was AMAZING! He was very attentive, very helpful, friendly and a good vibe overall. I would definitely recommend coming here to anyone. We had sooo much fun and hope to be able to come back soon.

pros: > 2 hours of singing > cute booth rooms > club atmosphere throughout the venue > beautiful, clean bathrooms > fixed one of our broken mics > accommodating to our last minute time change cons: > made us wait for 15 minutes while two workers checked in one group, but made us leave on the dot when our time was up > forced a $30 tip on us upon entree, then not giving proper service > many popular songs were not listed, and half of the ones that were did not play > the one time they came to check on us, they left us a menu but didn't say whether they would be coming back or not. ended up not ordering anything > mics kept having issues after initial fix, and going from not working to making ear-piercing sounds edit: con = they say they have over 50,000 songs but there were quite a few repeats of certain songs. pro = did appreciate that there were many different languages, though.

Reserved a private room for 16 people for my Mother’s 70th Birthday. Everything was going very well but, The worst problem we had throughout the 3hrs. was experiencing a lot of technical difficulties with the system. The IPad continued to go down and the Microphones were not working properly. We called for help from the staff several times to get the equipment up and running throughout the time we were in Room #2 Room #2 has wood floors that needs to be replaced!! If you’re wearing heels please be extra cautious because your heel will get caught/stuck between the loose wood planks and you will twist your ankle or ruin your shoe heel as one of guest did. No she didn’t twist her ankle but her shoe is ruined. The problems were discussed with the Owner but he wasn’t concerned at all about making the situation better his resolution was to give us an additional 30 minutes of Karaoke in the same room with the same issues we were having. On the upside of this our waitresses Minni, food and drinks were amazing! I will not return nor recommend my Family and Friends return or come to this place until the issues I spoke about are resolved. Thank You

I was skeptical at first but ended up having a great time! You get private room, dj, bartender, food and of course entertainment. Dj was great at getting people to participate and have fun. I went in there like nope I’m not singing or dancing and ended up singing and dancing all night. Alcohol helped lol. Great spot to have private party or company party! I’m glad we went!

We were searching for a karaoke place and soooo glad we wound up at this place. The service was awesome, everything is so nice!!! Lexi was the greatest & if you can request her, you definitely should!!!!!
