Today happened at lunchtime, I just wanted to buy something for my lunch break, and when I entered the store I thought oh how nice there were only two customers in front of me. If I had known I would be spending over half an hour there, I would have left. One of the two saleswomen just stood around and the one who served was so slow that she could have had her shoes resoled. I thought, what the heck, maybe it'll be your turn soon. The time had come and I expressed my wish...that was it, because what I hadn't noticed before was that the lady didn't understand me, I mean German. Another attempt on my part to get the sandwich ended with her trying to pack me half a loaf. Only after I had managed "hands and feet" to make her understand what I wanted did I come to my conclusion. The long queue behind me didn't think it was funny either and I think some of them were already thinking about what dances they had to do to get what they wanted. Where did the saleswomen from last week go who still understood you? I go to the store almost every day to buy my break supplies. On Monday I'll first take a look at who's selling and then decide whether I'll stay or leave. Capable staff is essential in a business that wants to sell something P.S. You have to give one star so that you can send the message, it's not deserved...

All very tasty. Large selection. But unfortunately also quite expensive.

I've bought bread several times and want to cut it. But it has never worked that it is in neat slices. Almost always a few slices and mostly thick edges. But I want slices of bread.

Unfortunately, Wendl is getting worse and worse, raising the prices, but making the bread smaller and also letting the quality and taste slide will hopefully go wrong in the long run and lead to a rethink.

Hier gibt es den Einheitsbrei einer regionalen Bäckereikette. Positiv wie negativ. Inzwischen leider auch noch sehr teuer. Brot und Brötchen sehen zwar ansprechend aus, schmecken tut es allerdings nicht besonders. Man kann daher auch einfach direkt im Supermarkt kaufen. Das ist zwar auch nur von einer Kette, aber schlechter schmeckt es nicht. Dafür ist es erheblich günstiger.

Eine typische Bäckerkette. Es ist alles ok, aber meines Erachtens nach fehlt einfach die Abwechslung. Man kennt das Angebot, gerade beim Kuchen. Mitarbeiter sind aber alle sehr nett, und es ist nun mal der nächste Bäcker.

My favorite baker, I think the selection of food is great. It's not always the same and that's great. I love the sandwiches. Even if something is empty, I find it super friendly that Ms. Hohmann immediately reassigns what the customer wants. She is always friendly and always has a smile for the customers. You feel comfortable at the branch and have been going there more often since then. When I see it's there I'm somehow always encouraged to buy it 😃. I think it's nice that there are still such friendly employees, because that's far too rare these days. That's why I have to praise it. Thank you Ms. Hohmann for your friendly manner and keep it up.
