You can earn a good commission by selling real estate, so the Schwerdtfeger family apparently knows how to deal well with their investors. Hence the good reviews. However, when it comes to the management of their apartments and tenants... That's where the tide turns... They don't stick to agreements, are arrogant, make fun of their tenants... Apartments are sometimes in an unacceptable condition.
