I have been in therapy for several weeks and have been treated very respectfully by the team. The deficiencies are identified dynamically and rapid improvement is achieved professionally. The friendly, helpful staff can teach the exercises with a lot of fun and work out an individual program for their patients. The entire atmosphere exudes a pleasant mood.

Nette Praxis, Behandlung bedingt erfolgreich und Privatpatienten aufgepasst: entgegen der anfänglichen Auskunft, man rechne moderat ab, war die Rechnung üppig. Meine diesbezügliche Mail wurde nicht beantwortet. Letztlich blieb auf einem Eigenanteil von über 600 Euro sitzen! Das nenne ich unfair!

The worst experience ever. Very unprofessional people that changed my appointments without any reason or without notifying me. We always started late (15+ minutes) because of other people's appointments being booked too close one to another. On one occasion I arrived on time and waited more than 30 minutes because the therapists were eating and chatting in the kitchen. When they decided to continue work, I received no apology whatsoever for this. Now I'm going to another therapist and the difference is astounding. In Physiovision I received no indication of what exercises I should do home and the treatment they did was of absolute no help. Unprofessional and careless.
